"We went twice, both for dinner. Make a reservation specially for dinner since it’s on the Main Street and gets crowded during evenings. We waited 30 minutes nearby and then got a table. For antipasti, we had the mozzarella, arancini, fried fish and octopus salad. The octopus and arancini were wonderful as was the mozzarella salad. The fried fish was ok. For the main course, we had the patate spaghetti (yummy and cheesy), vongole spgahetti (yummy but too much salt) ragu (meaty but taste was ok). Try not to go too late as I feel the chef and servers are tired and the service/food quality goes down in my opinion. Also had a spritz the first time but was not well prepared. Second time had Negroni and again not well prepared"

that's just perfection. everything we tried here is amazing. there is a reason why they are open more than 50 years.

I loved the cattle and gnocchi I had here! it was years ago, but when I return to napoli, this place is to eat on my short list! View menu

Nice family restaurant. Super-professional nice staff. And above all: very good food for the price. We’ll definitely come again.

Food was good. Watch out for the waiter he wants you to try stuff which turns out to be way more expensive than shown on the menu. Sadly but truly scammed!

Waiter was very friendly. Gnocchi, eggplant Parmagiana and veal Milanese was very tasty. Huge meatballs served Naples style! Food portions were very good. I agree with most of the posters, this is a good restaurant and would eat here again.

Now I know Italian restaurants take a more distant approach to their customers, but this was just plain cold. Almost like they wanted us gone. The food, squid, was oddly chewy and tasteless. Also, there were a lot of smokers blowing in our face. It was our last night in Naples and it is bummer it ended this way.

"we arrived in the restaurant a little late, but the reception, despite the empty room could make the staff hope to leave, was however friendly. the place is cute, gives the impression of clean and a general organization. We've been sitting down. the equipment of the table was minimal, not to the height of what appreciated until that moment. I had a glass for the water other than my food. said this, they took the fixed sea menu at 14 euros. for this sum they have served us: 1. swordfish and eggplants. the pasta, perhaps a moment too much to the tooth, was really goose. the sughetto was risottato, the swordfish a little rarefied, I would have liked something more was soft and tasty. when the tomato was all perfect; I'll give it to the cook, plus cherry tomatoes in this dish! 2. Broiled salmon with tomatoes. the salmon trancio itself was not bad. was soft and tasty. to get the right balance I had to salt and season with oil. The sin is that it was practically raw in the center. from a grilled fish you do not expect that kind of consistency and therefore a part has been left. water and coffee have completed the meal. they asked for the third bottle of water and the waiter, although it was obvious that he waited for us to leave, he immediately served us with a sincere smile on the lips. Very well. they then finished lunch and left. a good local: for 14 euros you really can not ask more. the fifth star remains in the pistto, near the uncooked salmon. I'm sure he was a venial hero. I will definitely be back and will have all my readiness to update the review positively with the fifth star. recommended for a fast, cheap but satisfying noon meal."
