"I was having dinner on the holy Saturday and beyond good food I was fascinated by the professionalism of one of the waiters. I have a lot of attention to the details I observed that even if I had gone without dinner I would leave the same valuation. It is very difficult to find people with that dedication and knowledge of their work. At the bar there was a new boy, who as is normal, will have to learn, but will have an unbeatable opportunity to learn from one of the best. Keep it up!"
