"a small, fine Italian restaurant located in the passauer innstadt. the building has an inconspicuous effect from the outside, but the spaces of the local are lovingly furnished, we feel very comfortable. in summer they can sit outside in a small courtyard. the restaurant is run by an Italian family who are very friendly and attentive to their guests. the local is nothing for pizza fans that don't exist, and with the slightly more uplifted menu, this is locally pleasantly off the competitors. the menu is not too extensive, but all seasonal dishes are very good quality and taste very good. a dream is the dessert variation, which should have tasted every guest of the local once! We come here if something special is to be done and has never been disappointed before :"

"I ordered a few rolls yesterday afternoon. Usually everything is always warm and crispy. This time it was unfortunately so that everything was already in the box disintegrated and was labbrig. I'm really disappointed. could not eat it."

"We only stopped in for drinks while on the walk over from St. Stephan Cathedral to cross the river and make the climb up to the Oberhaus castle... the large patio overlooks the confluence of the Donau and Ilz - what a perfect setting to enjoy a large mug of the delicious Bavarian Heffeweise (wheat beer) - my son - only 15 - was jealous he did not get to enjoy a brew with his 18 year old cousin! The pretzels did look tempting. The service is table service only - large signs on the outdoor bar to the effect "Take-away Verboten" - but table service was quick and friendly - after our beers we were fortified to make the steep climb up to the castle - but it would be very easy to while away a sunny and pleasant afternoon quaffing multiple brews in this beer garden!"

"wir waren heute spontan und zufällig dort und ich muss sagen dass dies die seit mindestens 1 Jahr beste Pizza war. Speziell die Dinkelpizza( kleiner Aufpreis von ca. 1.80€ absolut gefechtfertigt) war genauso wie ich mir eine Pizza vorstelle. saftig und knusprig zugleich mit hochwertigem Belag. Die Lasagne super saftig und durch und durch heiss und g'schmackig. Das Service entspannt und angepasst an das Clientell. Chilli und Knoblauöl am Tisch ( könnte noch schärfer sein für meinen Geschmack) seh gut. Aperol gut gemischt. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen Sie weiter."

"Wir waren seit Jahren wieder das erste Mal im Roses. Das Lokal ist optisch super süß und gut gelegen an der Rosengasse. Da das Wetter gut war, saßen wir draußen. Die Bedienung war nett, aber etwas langsam. Das bestellte Radler hat etwas gedauert und dabei waren nur 4 Tische besetzt, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass gerade das Fass gewechselt wurde. Leider hat das zweite Radler dann aber noch länger gedauert, also kann es daran nicht gelegen haben. Die Karte hat uns echt überfordert: Neben Salaten und Pasta gibt es Burger und Sandwiches, Schnitzel, Curry-Wurst, Steak, französische Gerichte wie Quiche und elsässer Flammkuchen, Thai-Curry, Escargot und noch etliche andere Gerichte. Wir konnten leider keine klare Linie erkennen. Bestellt haben wir letztendlich Bruschetta als Vorspeise und Thai-Curry und Aglio e Olio als Hauptgerichte. Das Bruscchetta war geschmacklich ok, das Aglio e Olio und das Thai-Curry leider nicht. Tatsächlich muss ich sagen, dass das Thai Curry eines der schlechtesten Gerichte war, die wir jemals bekommen haben. Wir würden dazu raten, die Karte radikal zu kürzen und eine klare Linie ins Konzept zu bringen. Gerade da sich das Bouillabaisse direkt nebenan befindet, würde sich ein französisches Eck ja geradezu anbieten.Leider war es diesmal nix und es wird mit Sicherheit eine Weile dauern, bis wir wieder mal einen Versuch starten."
