Like the place. A very small Vapinao compared to the ones i have tried before, but food still good and quick. Had enough of local fod and wanted something other. This was the first time i tried the black pizza which was very good

In comparison to the second Vapiano in Ingolstadt less Service Quality. Unfriendly Staff. Smaller but as well tables in- and outside. Parking not really easy. Can be dificult find a Parking lot. Quality of food was as good as of the other Vapiano (Westpark Ingolstadt)

we don't like this vapiano. everything seems very hectic in it and at the order heke was a pretty mess. not structured at all, where you should be hired, various switches alternately operated, etc..Essen was mixed. one was completely ok (risotto), one just tasted after nothing (salat). Conclusion: not cozy, eating through. not recommended. View menu

Food is their strongest suit. You have to queue up to order the food and then wait at your table for it to be served. The process is largely efficient untill the food is ready and needs to be served on the table. The restaurant...is a busy one therefore the staff is hard-pressed for time. We had to wait for mins for our pasta to be brought to the table. It was cold when it was served. possibly waiting for a waiter to pick it up. Although the taste and flavor was good

here not the normal Vapiano concept is celebrized with showcooking, but you order on the switch, paid and eating is brought to the table when it is finished. personal is very accommodating and friendly.Why I don't give more points?The pasta selection is very limited - so there are just certain nudes not. such as pappardelle or aerial noodles for children - not to mention that there are no gluten-free pasta...We will definitely be happy to come back and complain to us more kindly but surely...maybe something will change at some point.
