"Dear ladies and gentlemen, I am very disappointed by my last order at vapiano rudolfplatz ! we had abandoned our order last Sunday evening clearly before the closing! 35 minutes later we were told at once that the order was canceled. although the driver was already at the restaurant according to the advertisement. Since it was too late now, all other restaurants in the environment had closed.._My opinion was for a company of their size that allegedly strives for customer satisfaction very, just disappointing!_What we will pass on."

the food came cold. I got for 20, - a non-mals handwarme pizza and on my complaint only got an automated excuse email. in the restaurant, I would have let the food go right away. about foodora this is unfortunately not at deliveroo you would have got a good license as an apology anyway.
