"25.07. we have reserved a table for 4 people for 05.08. at 18:30. On our arrival we could not be offered a table, as according to the statement the guests who had reserved outside now sat in the interior due to the weather. We should be patient and at a free table, we could go to the rear dining area. We were placed at the front in the entrance to a small table. The following guests also expected the same problem and some left the restaurant directly. However, after further guests arriving later, drinks were now offered at the expense of the house (which was not offered to us) we were again following what was with our table and we would find the whole procedure quite unharmed. We were told by the employee that there were only two eight tables free, we couldn't get them and he wouldn't let them talk. We've been in the Vetro several times, wanted to show friends and are mega disappointed. That's not how you deal with customers. Afterwards we were at the restaurant Jägerheim, who saved us the evening."

Excellent service, delicious food, well-kept drinks. From our space in the interior we felt the noise level as extremely loud and the illumination (light band at eye level) as very disturbing.
