"I was unfortunately very disappointed overall about my experience in vetro. the food itself was actually quite good. a somewhat eclectic mix of dressed, but a good choice, depending on what they wanted. in my opinion is not the best description. I would suggest. it is first line a traditional Italian menu with some visitors like a few tapas dishes and some burgers. altogether, although the few courts I saw well and my burger was very well joined and presented. large portion sizes and seemingly good ingredients. So why the bad evaluation? unfortunately the kitchen is left off by the extremely terrible service. the mistakes I experienced in just a short visit were numerous. to list a few games, each dish and drink I ordered was first brought to another table and I had to ask it back. I and several other diners had to ask several times how to drink and bill. it took minutes and time to get a single limonade. at the end of the meal I asked for the bill of the various people, not to hurt. Finally, I had to go in and refuse from until they took my money! much of it seemed to be because they had a lot of personal for the amount of covers, most of them seemed to have no idea what was going on, as the case was proved, that they had left the entire outside surface of the occupied tables for a long time without checking us. oh and they have not put the heating on the outside, as it seems like a nice idea at sunset, it is ice cold when they are still waiting for her or drinking or something really! I write this evaluation not to be hard, but because this question is actually very easy to solve with some working on the expectations and behaviors of the employee. this could be a really great restaurant with a little flaming. without, it is unfortunately somewhere where I would recommend you to go by instead of going in."
