"One of the worst takeaway I have ever had. Onion bhajee was so stale that it was almost impossible to crack open. Tandoori King prawn masala was literally 6 halves of prawns in a tub of sauce. Pudina chicken however was rather agreeable. The lamb Ceylon once again was just few meagre pieces of lamb in a tub of tasteless sauce. I have had some bad food before but this is amongst the worst. I do love the delivery menu design though, that was what tricked me into ordering. Never again."

Home Delivery Service it's quite hard to find the perfect Indian Takeaway in Telford, especially one that provides incredible food and acceptable trimming for delivery, But we are glad a friend recommend this (the village spice) to us, as the food is always delicious and service is really good. We highly recommend this place.!!

This was the worst Indian curry takeaway I have ever had. It was all runny with very little meat, and it didn't even look or taste like a curry. I ended up throwing it away, and I would definitely recommend avoiding this place. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in watching football than serving customers. They do take cards, but prefer cash - I wonder why!

WOW, what amazing food! Seriously impressed by the standard of food that was delivered by a very courteous chap. We ordered chicken korma, butter chicken, peshwari naan, sag aloo and coconut rice. Probably the most tasty, delicious food we've ordered in for a very long time, delivered quickly and still really hot. Totally recommend, 5 stars all the way and at a very good price. View menu

We are fortunate to have this restaurant conveniently located nearby. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is exceptional. We have sampled several curries and our favorite is the Korma. While the exterior of the restaurant may not be impressive, we recommend takeaway as the interior lacks warmth and character for a sit-down meal. This is our main suggestion to the restaurant staff. Nevertheless, the food is fantastic! We are hooked.

I like many often orders take aways when working long hours. My son when he use to live with us used Villlage Spice once or twice a week. Thought that I would give it a go and tonight ordered the following Bhindhi Bhaji, Saag Bhaji, pilau rice and garlic nans. Well, I must admit, this was the worst food ever tasted! Should not be allowed to call themselves Indian Restaurants! Totally bland especially when I asked for medium spicy being Indian myself. Never, never again.

"I thought I should write a review for sofalino, 2 wonderful evenings spent there over the last month, once for my birthday meal with family, and then again a few nights to dinner with my sister. I've been here since its opening 5 years ago, and it's one of my favorite in north london. the food I had eaten at my birthday dinner was undoubtedly the finest food I had tasted since my vacation in italy in the last summer. after having enjoyed the soft, velvety brot and plump juicy oliven, I shared the antipasto for 2 with my sister for the starter and went for the cow mouse for the pornstar. the antipasto is fantastic; it contains prosciutto, salami, mortadella and breesaola for the cultivated meat, roasted aubergine, courgette and red paprika for the vege and is served on many rockets with circustomates, artichokes and black olives. but the absolute high points of the plate were the buffalo bocconcini, deep roasted valleyggio in the brothcrümeln and gorgonzola arancini. so many beautiful aromas to enjoy, and this is only in the starter! the kalbsmilanese was crooked and fritted to perfection, and was huge! my vater, mama and I decided to go with gorgonzola and spinat gnocchi, instead of the standard linguine napoletana, which to potentially one of the best main courses I have ever eaten outside italian. other dishes that are worth mentioning from this night are the pappardelle with venison and porcini mushrooms, and the gnocchi alla sorrentina. when it was my birthday, they had made me a stunning chocolate cake with fresh strawberries, which covered the meal nicely. for my meal last night I had the antipasto, of course, but this time the arancini even better was the last time she had saffron in, which is possibly my favorite last thing. I had the calzone for the main course, which was simply delicious with a lot of ham and mushroom filling and a nice teigy but crispy crust. I went to dessert the day for pudding, completely forget my clients quickly from no cake / sweet tasty things, but it was totally worth because my huuuge disc birne, mandel and ricota tart was from the top drawer; my sister had only one bit of the baked crust and she still talked about how incredible it was the next day! sofalino also has a very high quality wine list; the primitivo 'il pumo ' is a personal favorite of our, with its dark, smooth, laumen intense taste. at both of these locations the restaurant was full and flowering, and the personal friendly and attentive; just what they want from an Italian restaurant. without doubt, I will be back sooner than later."
