Had some delay with my order. Aran resolved the situation with extreme professionalism. Definitely an asset for wagama Hammersmith. Keep it up Aran.

Actually non existent service, I’ve just walked out after being ignored for 20 minutes, despite asking someone clearing tables if they would ask someone to come and serve me. Shame

When we travel to London by Berry’s Coaches we try to end up here for a meal before the return journey. It never fails, the food is excellent and always freshly prepared, amazing flavours, we love. Service is always quick and efficient.

Just back from Wagamama in Hammersmith. Brought the family for our last night in London after a recommendation from my brother in law and we weren't disappointed. Great service, nice atmosphere and most importantly, great tasting food. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant last week, and it was our first time trying Wagamama. We tried the pulled pork gyoza (delicious), chicken yakitori (tasty, but lacking in chicken), katsu chicken curry (very good, but could've been spicier), and the Duck Donburi (also delicious and generous portion). The food arrived promptly, and since we eat quickly, we were in and out within an hour. Our server was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the convenience of paying the bill using a QR code at the end.

Service slow so slow and trying to beckon staff- too late for dessert as had a concert to attend at the apollo. Starter bit soggy. Regretted rose lemonade far too strong. Beef rice bowl good Chicken yaki-soba not peppers raw too many bean sprouts. Don’t do seafood so asked of prawns could be replaced by Mange tout or mushrooms. 3 whole slices of mushroom! Te restaurant wasn’t busy we were eat at just after 5pm Food came out quick but waiting staff not attentive and when diners plates are done, bring the bill/ask if they want dessert or indeed both?

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible! The food was mediocre and it took a long time for our drinks to be brought to the table, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers, and the managers were disrespectful towards employees. We even witnessed them trying to force someone to do a sampling, which they declined. A few minutes later, we saw that person had to leave abruptly. Overall, it was very unprofessional and there was a lot of injustice happening.

Was looking forward to my wagga meal after not eating much since breakfast. This was the Hammersmith branch which is coolly located in an old fire station. Atmosphere was good albeit the music a tad loud for my ears. Food was excellent again this time crispy squid, chicken gyozas and a plentiful porky broth of sumptuous delight. I felt a couple of extremely minor issues preventing a full excellent rating. I was stood waiting at the entrance a little too long and the broth was slightly greasy, which is likely the fault of the delicious tender pork belly but all in all a good score well earned you lovely wagga people. We decided to dine at wagamama after attending a show with friends. One of our friends had never been to wagamama before, so I assured her she would love it. However, I had to apologize later on. We arrived at 4:45, which was a busy time for staff breaks and evening shift preparation. Our server, Angel, took our order but then seemed to disappear. The first issue arose with the wine – the bottle we ordered arrived opened and missing some wine. When we requested a new bottle, we were told they only had opened bottles with no corks. Eventually, a full bottle was brought to us. We also had to ask multiple times for glasses of tap water, even though the order had been sent to the bar. The...
