"I am finding it difficult to write this review because my experiences at Wagamama restaurants across the country have always been positive. However, this particular location was a disappointment. Contrary to our usual experience of being greeted by a server who explains the restaurant's concept, takes our drink orders, and gets us started, we were left waiting for 15 minutes without any service. Despite being told that there were no noodles available for the children at 6pm, we reluctantly settled for rice dishes. Our drinks only arrived shortly before the adult meals were served. My wife's salmon salad, which she had enjoyed before, was overcooked and inedible. Even after multiple reminders to the servers, the children's meals still hadn't arrived halfway through our adult meals. Frustrated, we asked for the bill so we could leave and find food elsewhere. After a long wait and lackluster service, we were surprised to find that the kids' meals hadn't been charged and the inedible salmon dish was also not included on the bill. This restaurant needs to be reviewed and assessed by Wagamama's headquarters. It was a disappointing experience and I urge the management to address the issues at this location."

My sister and I were going to visit the Southside branch of Wagamamas, however, having read the reviews, we instead opted for the Fulham branch. Service was good and quick and staff were courteous

We came for dinner at Wagamama restaurant, ordered a few starters and main dish. They sent our food to us separately. First main course after starter after my wife's main dish this is completely disappointed.

I am definitely a loyal customer of wagamama and I don't see that changing anytime soon. This restaurant caters well to meat-eaters, vegetarians, and vegans alike. The food is consistently fresh and served promptly, and the service is always top-notch.

I came by to see friends of mine in Chelsea and they've suggested to dine in Wagamama as it was their favourite place to eat. I have been to Wagamama before but it was my first visit in Fulham branch. I loved how staff was friendly and knowledgeable..The service was fast, food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back in my next visit.

If you ever goto Japan you see that every Ramen spot you goto serves the ramen immediately. I saw my bowl of ramen sit on that counter for 5 minutes, not only losing temperature, but making the noodles lose their texture. Additionally the broth is essentially chicken noodle soup, very light and watery, flavorless even. I wouldn’t recommend. The only plus was that the veg. and egg were of high quality and done well.
