"Milan is full of sushi restaurants but most of them are overpriced and make the sushi experience too expensive and not for every week.. Wang Jiang is perfect for sushi and japanese food in general. The atmophere is very typical with the local curtains and bamboo. It is not fancy or elegant but it's perfect for sushi lovers who would indulge with sushi once or twice a week. Waiters and the owners are extremely gentle and helpful.. Sashimi is always very tender and almost melts in your mouth.. sushi is also very nice.. and they do excellent furaimaki and spicy tuna rolls... I always have the udon with shrimps and veggies iron griddles( noodles with shrimps and vegetables), the dim sum (all of them are very good) and the chukka don: bowl of rice with seafood and vegetables..In winter time don0t miss the noodle soup with tempura... For japanese food lovers it is just perfect: cheap and delicious, to indulge with sushi without paying an exagerate bill... A tip: for lunch menu they always have very good deals..."

Pleasantly surprised to find this little gem late at night for a late meal. The staff were welcoming and the service good. The food was really really fresh even though we sat just before 23:00.

After a day of work we ended our meetings here to unexpectedly find a trained chef who amazed us with the dishes he brought us to our table. Sushi and sashimi with good quality raw materials. we will definitely be back

Ristorante all you can eat economico (21,80€ a testa) rispetto agli altri ma di qualità!

View menu

We stopped here for dinner on August 22nd 2015 and we were a bit afraid to try the All You Can Eat menu but were not disappointed at all. Food was fresh, sushi and sashimi were very good. Price was 20 Eur/person and we loved it. Would definitely return here again on our next trip to Milan.

I have always loved asian cuisine, but since I am vegan to find a place with vegan asian dressing was very difficult for a long time until I saw an oasis before me: [censored] jiang is a jap-chinesian fusion restaurant that offers many delicious vegan dishes: spectacular vegan tempts, ravioli filled with sweet and brown pork! the crew is nice and ready to recommend and help them if they need it. they have a good vegan Asian experience!

Avarage quality if you want to taste asian food, not spending too much money. The restaurant is nice and offers two kind of experiences: a la cart menù and all you can eat (cannot be combined, so you and your guests have to choose the same kind of experience). All you can eat is just avarage while chinese is better. Dim sum, rise noodles, veggies are nice but japanese is just like many other in Milan. A nice spot if you are in the area, close to underground and cheap. View menu

I have always loved asian food but, since I am vegan, to find a place with vegan asian dishes has been very difficult for a long time, until I saw in front of me an oasis: [censored] Jiang is a jap-chinese fusion restaurant that offers many tasty vegan dishes: spectacular vegan dumplings, ravioli filled with veggies and brown rice, a delicate veggie tempura, silk tofu with a delicious sauce to add, soy spaghetti, stir fry veggies, and the best pak choi I have ever tried!!! The crew is nice and ready to suggest and help you, if you need it. Have a good vegan asian experience!

I 've been there both for lunch and for dinner. The menus are different and it 's lovely to notice how they seem to fit perfectly different necessities. A cheap balanced meal for lunch and a great range of possibilities for dinner, including all you can eat at 18,90 euros. The food is good naturally sometimes it depends from what you order, but in general the quality is good. The place seems clean and neat. The staff are really polite and understand Italian pretty well (which is rare in Asian restaurants). The atmosphere is quiet even during dinner time. I suggest this kind of place to couples and to groups of friends or colleagues.

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
