Used this fish and chip bar many years as we live in Coleshill , lovely fresh fish and chips although can be a little pricier , pleasant service and well recommended!!

Service was spot on.ordered 2 plaice in light batter, ready in 10 mins,small portion of chips.server gave me just the right quantity, asked me if I had a good day.(at 90yrs old, every day is a good day) perfect !! Leslie View menu

I do love this chip shop though a drive for us now and have used the order online and collect a few times. Used delivery for first time recently and although a little late food was hot and of the usual high standard. Thank you

have taken away a number of times and never been disappointed The food well cooked generous portions and truly delicious. My mum lives in the village so as she doesnt cook anymore we frequently avail ourselves of the villages premier takeaway food outlet.

Just been to water orton fish bar and have been going for some time and have mentioned how good it is,BUT the mini fish and chips were awful tonight and had to give it to the dog. Chips dry and overdone. Fish had powdery batter and the peas tasted like disenfectant. Evenn the dog refused it. Never again View menu

purchase a doner kebab here on Saturday, with fish and chips amongst other things. the meat in the kebab was cold. Not even partially warm. It so annoying nowadays that they don’t just cut the meat off as needed. What worse is that you have paid before you get to try it. not much change of returning it. For a Saturday evening after 6pm it’s not what you expect.

We cannot get a home delivery from this place as we are just outside the range acceptable for delivery but more than happy to drive and pick up. Not anymore. The last 3 visits were not great mainly due to the standard of the chips which flabby and greasy. Tonight’s effort wasn’t any better, the chips were even worse, but this time the fish was very poor. Having seen such good reviews for this chip shop my son thought he give it a try he ordered mixed meat and chips with a scallop having got home and opened the food the grease from the scallop had seeped through both layers of wrapping and had gone over the other food wrappers . taking it out the wrapper it can only be described as soaking in grease he tried a number of times to soak some off it however it continued to seep through .. the chips were soggy and the kebab snd chicken meat was not very pleasent either having finished his meal he was left with the taste and smell of grease lingering I understand chippy tea isn’t going to be the ‘cleanest’ of meals but it should not be swimming in...
