"After a hike, the appetite comes. We still got places in the sun in the courtyard. According to the map, the owner and cook is a learned butcher, which promises good meat quality. So we all took the ox spiess. On the way a leaf salad with pine nuts, delicious, but the dressing a little sour. The spear consisted of very good beef, perfect medium roasted. There's nothing to blame. The frying potatoes were a little ****, a longer stay in the pan would have done them well. The herbal butter prepared with dill, I found delicious. The wife also meant to taste cumin, she doesn't like it. The main dinner came when we were still at the salad. You can do better timen. Price level reasonable, cleanliness is fine. Good wine selection. We had a Grauburgunder from Kallstadt or a Riesling from Forst, both very good. Palatinate wines, our favorites. Overall recommended."
