"On arrival no one greeted even though it wasn’t busy and they seen us arrive, once we seated we wasn’t told wether we had to go up and order or they come to the table after being sat for some time I went and enquired and was just told “someone would be out” he comes out without any paper or pads and just took the order off the top his head, of course he got this wrong and missed things we ordered, after that he went not taking drinks order witch again I had to go and ask if we could order a drink once again he got this wrong too, Food was amazing! Such a lovely place just feel staff need to be trained a bit more to actually work and not stand around"

Had a really good experience here, atmosphere great looking over the lake, service good and a delicious lunch of fishcakes. To top it off, good coffee, which in my opinion is often not the case.

everyone enjoyed their lunch from the 96-year-old birthday great grandma for their 4-year-old grandma. another meal to remember in such a beautiful location. we looked good as usual. thanks, steve and the personal.

10/10 cannot complain staff and chef went above and beyond offering multiple coloured cutlery and plates for my child was a great extra and the chef custom making a garlic mayo from scratch for no extra payment!! Some of the best food I've had in a while will definitely return and highly recommend.

beautiful breakfast this morning a full English and a sausage and bacon ciabatta. the food was delicious and the staff was happy to change the menu easily to take up my daughter. beautiful prospects that we only wish the weather was better! we will definitely be back in the early year and will need to taste the lunch menu. the restaurant was immaculately clean and a beautiful additional touch was the hands antary on every table.

Had to wait 20 minutes to be seen by someone by the ‘please wait here sign’. It was 3:30 and I asked if we could have some bar snacks and sit outside with a drink. I was told sorry we aren’t serving food… Are you closing soon? No… ok can I sit outside and have a drink? No we don’t do drinks, only with food. Very strange to turn two people away… very rude and not worth visiting along a walking path. Popped over to Salt Malt who were very welcoming and friendly
