"First of all, very pleasant and smiling waitress which is really appreciated. Very reasonable price: 20 euros excluding supplement) for starter/main course/dessert. However, we both take duck foie gras as a starter €4 each extra) and we are brought a plate for 2 with a ridiculously small slice of foie gras for two people. I happily agree to pay an extra 8 euros and do so with a smile if it is justified, but I do not accept that people make fun of their customers by taking them for pigeons. "welcomed by a young waitress who started I think. in drink a tomato juice without salt in celery or tabasco. My husband's mojito was good. comes the entrance pretty good. then my dish a catastrophe: a fish cocotte really not good fish too cooked very hard, gambas archi cuite, fade sauce served with pasta. "During a visit to Angouleme we had (group of 10 people) the opportunity to enjoy a great meal in this restaurant. The meat was excellent and the perfect cooking (wood fire cooking). Special mention for the cep sauce that has delighted all the palate No dessert but a camembert under the really excellent ash. The wine is very good and the welcome was adorable! I strongly recommend this address if you go through Angouleme! Attention advised reservation because the room is quite small but it allows a really pleasant atmosphere. We'll be there with pleasure during our next stay."

"We hadn't planned to visit Angoulême but finding ourselves here at lunchtime we called into Le Pistou. It's several years since we last ate here (it was good then) and we had a great lunch today in the sunshine. Excellent, friendly service and quality food for a good price. We selected from the menu du jour and our entrees were delicious and beautifully presented (tomato and mozzarella salad; melon, jambon cru, gaspacho) followed by our mains (a fish and Saint jaques cocotte with rice; chicken breast with sauté potatoes). I'm sure the pizzas and pasta dishes that other diners were eating were fine too. Good wine and meal finished off with coffee as we were too full for desert. Le Pistou is conveniently located by the market square and is almost the first restaurant you come across on leaving the underground car park."

"the third time in le jardin de kashmir, was not back in a few years, if everything is better and it was great. everything we ordered was incredible, but the lammrogan josh was one of the best dishes I ever tasted, the meat was cooked to perfection. we have asked for spicy, but could not really cost a lot, the waiter offered to make it spicier, but eating so good, it wasn't really a problem. he said that our eating was level gratified when they then ask for level or service was really good and attentive, but very good price just to finish it."

"new kitchen visit on Saturday night. there is no menu, everything is the map but with between 7 and 12.5 dishes between 13 and 16.5 and all desserts 6, we find little on the old formulas. So you can eat at night between 26 and 35 for a complete menu. after the palate tested the green beans salad and the Andalusian gaspacho enters, then the fish (of the colin) with the vegetables of the moment (polenta, tomato and pears change, fves and peas) and the dessert the creamy chocolate sorbet with the lemon sorbet. The hot homemade bread is ours. We still have a good mang with a special mention for the russia and its sorbet at home. a few bmols however: the green beans too scary in the salad, the accompaniment of the fish a little just in terms, no child menu (no adult menu in the induced portion on the beverage card is not well toffee, it can spoil wine lovers. the waitress is friendly and dynamic but a little too expressive sometimes. the map displays on the wall is not always readable according to where we are sitting. simple frame with nickels wc. malgr some bmols the restaurant makes a good value for money. we test the midi formula, currently displays 17.50, which is very interesting, especially as we choose the dessert of the card. and desserts are a strong point in this restaurant. when you see the semi-industrial desserts offered elsewhere in the hallucinating prices, you prefer to come and eat here!"

"Meat lovers we went to this restaurant with a big desire to eat meat!!! Great good took us!!! Several menus offered with meat or something so for everyone. "reservation for 9 h (we would have preferred 8 h 30, but good, as the restaurateur preferred, ok for 9 h). when arriving light disappointment in front of the tables all tristounettes installed in the street, which slice with life out of the other tables of the other restaurants around. So, we opt for the warmer interior. after 30 minutes and long, long, squeezed eyes, the server finally takes the command. You'll have to wait 15 minutes before you get the wine. a total of almost an hour to have our entrance and bread, or water to wait. we like the principle of the tightened card around 3 admissions, 3 courses and 4 desserts, guarantee of fresh and home products, but then why so long? flat : tuna tartare, fresh, original and colored for me. for my companion scalope of very basic Milanese calf in his presentation, potatoes without taste. a dessert for 2 clafoutis with apricots, directly out of the fridge, all frozen, for a clafoutis what damage, one did not feel the effluves of the summer. as it was the last part, we were allowed to pieces re-cut on the angles and reconstituted. On the other hand, the waiter speaks very well of his wines and advises them with accuracy. Very correct addition: 66 euros for 1 entry, 2 dishes, 1 dessert and 1 bottle of rosé la deco is in the image of the kitchen and service: good things, but without overall coherence. For example, a beautiful presentation of the bottles of wine and wooden boxes, but next to the empty cans in decoration of all sodas. "The Kashmir Garden is an incredible restaurant. I went to dinner there recently and was impressed by the quality of the food and the irreproachable service.
