"welcomed by a young waitress who started I think. in drink a tomato juice without salt in celery or tabasco. My husband's mojito was good. comes the entrance pretty good. then my dish a catastrophe: a fish cocotte really not good fish too cooked very hard, gambas archi cuite, fade sauce served with pasta. I saw after there was a choice in terms of filling but the waitress didn't offer it to me. my husband took some lamb that was good but regrets the lack of diversity of accompaniment: potatoes. a couple of times the waitress asks us if we're done. while we're in the middle of the dish. No pepper salt on the table, forced to ask for bread.Dessert: baba with very medium rum and apple pie bof bof. I tell the bartender that the dish was not good fish too cooked. .. (after telling the waitress). He told me there was salmon stalks cabillaud gambas. So frankly, I think the cod was not fresh in the face of taste! The salmon I didn't find it. there is a small styling walnut and 1 gambas too cooked. he told me that gt the first to not liked. 76 euros of addition. We won't go back."

Very good meal.Menu bistrot very well with flat: the shrimp are too few in this plate. Two more would do the business especially when you see the size. On the magret side it's okay. for the strawberry sabayon, a small passage through the fridge would be a good one either. I'll come back when the air conditioning is here.

on the terrace at this end of June under a quite stifling heat. The beef carpaccio did its business. good, well seasoned, a quality accompaniment (possibility of a mix between fries [house potatoes] and vegetables). a dessert nutella tiramisu that was relatively good. whether for a lunch or dinner, the prices are correct and the dishes are well prepared. friends, couples, families, go!

"I had not intended eating out as I had had a decent and large picnic. It was the weekend of the Circuit des Remparts so every where was packed. The 'Bistroc' was equally busy but I saw rognons de veau on the menu ('Carte') so I asked if they could serve me. They said there would be a long delay but I could sit at the bar and have a drink if I didn't mind waiting. As I had time on my hands I was quite content to sit with a beer reading a book. Eventually after half an hour i was approached by one of the two (I presume ) owners and asked if I had ordered. I said not and he proclaimed himself 'desolee' taking my order. 10 or 15 minutes later I was presented with a magnificent steak - I think a cote de beouf - which I would have readily tucked into. Sadly not what I had ordered. More apologies and eventually the rognons de veau arrived. Nicely cooked, no sauce but good 'frites' and salad. I completed the meal with cafe gourmand, not spectacular but perfectly acceptable. When the bill arived they did not charge me for either my beer or the wine with my meal - quite unnecessary but hey insisted. This place is an old fashioned grill with great atmosphere - aided or hindered by two children of one or both of the patron(ne)s who raced around the place chasing each other and flirting with custommers. High quality food unpretentiously cooked. although I concede not cheap.Despite being rushed off their feet the two front of house staff I assume, the owners made every possible effort to make the cusommmers welcome.A very enjoyable evening."
