I'd be interested to go when sober and see if it was as good as I think it was, but it definitely seemed delicious at the time. "Absolutely enjoyed my evening out at the Atomic Burger. The staff were extremely helpful and even stayed open later to accommodate our large group. I ordered the Hot Dog with the sweet potato fries which was delish!! What’s amazing is the decor!! Full of memorabilia from the 80’s prepare for flashbacks as you see, VHS cassettes, Thunderbirds, Ninja Turtles, Harrison Ford/Star Wars, Gremlins, Care Bears, PAC man, Super Mario adorning the walls, ceiling and even the floor!! It was a delight to literally look at everything and every time we looked up we found something new. Thank you for great service, lovely food and an amazing night!!"

"There are many vegan cake options to choose from so you won't feel like you're missing out. I usually order the "mothership" which includes cakes, mashed potatoes, peas, gravy, vegan cheese, and crispy onions. I always leave feeling full and satisfied. The prices are reasonable as well. "We haven’t been to the Mint room in quite awhile and as it’s changing management we decided to give it a go . As all our other visits to this restaurant we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food was also excellent. My wife has some very difficult allergies and this restaurant caters for her in a first class way . If the new restaurant continues to provide the same quality and service and we were told by the new manager that they want to improve on their menu choices) it’s bound to succeed. I’m looking forward to seeing what the new restaurant will be like."

"I visited and dined at this restaurant twice in one week while I was in Bristol in November 2022. The souvlaki gyros, both chicken and pork, were excellent and had great taste. It is rare to find a souvlaki place in the UK that upholds the same standards as we have in Greece when it comes to flavor and meat quality. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. I would give this restaurant 5 stars across the board and hope to dine there again soon. I just wish there was a Taka Taka restaurant where I live."

"Having had excellent fish as well as top quality service during 2018, I was alerted to the upcoming disappointment when we arrived and the place was virtually empty and smelled of cold frying oil. Despite the lack of customers, the service was slow and the menu was inaccurate out of date according to the waitress . Our order for 3 glasses of Prosecco was refused, even though the quantities and prices were on the menu. We had to opt for a bottle. My request for an ice bucket was ignored and we had to put up with a cool tube , which was inadequate. The prosecco was not cold enough and very poor quality, despite the high price charged. The fish and chips 2 of our party ordered were tasteless and worryingly undercooked remember that cold frying oil smell ? . We were all surprised that an extra £3 plus was charged for the chips, when fish and chips were advertised at a fixed price on that out of date menu. Surely this was illegal ???? We ate what we could and left feeling mightily ripped off by Catch 22. We now know what the Catch really is !!! £66-35 wasted. We all vowed never to go again and tell all our friends about this appalling experience. David S."

"I enjoyed dinner with my friend on Saturday night, we were a last minute booking and I am so glad that we got a table. All the staff were very friendly even though they were clearly very busy. They made fresh prawn crackers for us and they could have not bothered as they were so overrun. I've spent a lot of time in Thailand, eaten a lot of Thai food and my SomTam was delicious and a good size. The Pad See Ew was tasty, could perhaps have had a stronger flavour but I enjoyed it. I would like to go back and try a steamed Seabass and loads of other options on the menu."

"the limited vegan options at Pinkman’s are indisputably delicious. I had the avocado on toast and it was so delicious; with a sweet chili sauce it was amazing. the brot was so fresh and the avocado smash was so unusual, but delicious. I also had the vegan chocolate dripping cake, which was a decent vegan cake option. so much I have the items I have tried here, they have very limited vegan options. they have in the rule only 2 cake options and the avocado next to another dish is the only vegan option also. your menu, as I know, never changes; so I do not visit this place often because it can get boring. I would still recommend if they were looking for a decent brunch in bristol. also the vibes of the bakery are great."

"Good, generous and varied salad, stuffing the pitta to overflowing point. 5 falafels for the large pitta but...as others have noted, they can be forgetful and put just three at the bottom, so watch out for those last two.... The falafels themselves are OK. My only complaint is that I prefer places that serve them superfresh straight from the frier, whereas here they come from a container however, they cannot have been fried too long in advance, as their texture was still quite good. Prices are a bit high compared to what I can get in London for similar quality and quantity. Seating places outside. Staff is oh so nice but can also be oh so absent minded."

"booked here for dinner and we sat upstairs. we asked how many beak plates we should order and 3-4 per person was the advice, we have ordered 3 plus zatar brot each. everything tasted amazing, but the tabouleh and iceless kookoo and the brokkoli were absolutely hanging out for me. the brot was also delicious. 3 records were for us definitiw enough. we had also mocktails that were nice. the staff was nice, especially when I killed my glass and broke it. oh, my God!"

"Gin Master Class. When we arrived at 3.45pm, we were concerned that the noise in the bar area would make it difficult to hear the presenter. However, we were pleasantly surprised! Ella, who led the class, was fantastic. Her voice was clear and easily audible to the entire group. The history of gin she shared was captivating and kept us engaged. We sampled 5 different gins, each with its own interesting backstory. To top it off, we were treated to a complimentary double gin and tonic at the end. The meal included in our experience, a Sunday dinner, was delicious. We would definitely do this again."

"amazing restaurant! hidden on a side street, they come to this busy quirky looking little spot divided into buildings. on the first look this place does not seem much to be, but it was packed! and when we came into the side, we understood why. the personal was fantastic, attentive really wanted to talk to them. there was a gentleman there possibly the owner with a look at everything that was sure that it ran smoothly to ask again our opportunity where we showed from etc. a real feeling of care and interest. eating was soou good! amazing, beautiful presented. authentic, fresh, just perfect. as it was my birthday, they gave me a free drink and dessert what was beautiful! we were awakened from the beginning to finish this place is obviously very popular, but it is great to see that they still care so much about their customers and make such a effort! we do not live in bristol, but will surely return when we come back! thanks for a great night"

"This have been our go-to Sunday roast place. It has friendly people and delicious roasts. We normally get the pig Sunday roast which has crispy crackling with all the delicious sides. Unfortunately, yesterday, the crackling was chewy and gummy with the potatoes being burnt. We asked whether there were new chefs or new suppliers. Apparently, there are 2 new chefs. So we paid and went on our way. I'll take a break from Sunday roasts from here for a while until they get back to their consistently delicious Sunday pork roast. "Perfect for lunch. Well priced, uses high quality ingredients with tons of vegan options. I’d highly recommend the vegan pizza slices, they have lots of different topics (including vegan sausage) and the vegan cheese they use melts really well. They do vegan panini and toasties , though last time I went they weren’t serving them. I hope this was a one off as their vegan paninis are amazing! Stuffed ciabattas with vegan mozerella and lots of options! I love the vegan mozerella and bacon one. So tasty. Really good for lunch, and their coffee is delicious with lots of plant milk options. Highly recommend the coconut latte."

"We had the double Asado burger and the Pollo Libre burger with a side of IPA cheesy fries definitely one of the best burger and fries meals we’ve ever had. The portions are big so go hungry!! "Chips under cooked barely salted and pitiful amount of vinegar splashed on top. Onion rings are cardboard like and overcooked. Veggie burger is pure disappointing rubbish. Curry sauce was about the only thing they slightly got right but you can tell it's a cheap gelatinous kind."
