"I came down with the kids, and had the most delicious meal. Kids and myself overjoyed with the quality of the food! The (ex) wife came to pick the kids up and I ended staying till close, best group of locals with brilliant beers and great selection of spirits on offer! 10/10 would recommend! "Always being a vegetarian ordering from an Indian is never generally a problem. However add to it the challenge of ensuring what you get is vegan friendly and is satvic no onion and garlic poses a challenge sadly to say many chefs just don't or can't feel they can take on. After a few false starts the staff at Mumbai 2 Go did their level best to understand our vegan and satvic friendly dietary requirements with the chef adapting the daal to be tasty and our needs. The order is also retained based on the number your orders with and comes up when you call again which saves the hassle of requesting the dietary needs again and again. The service and taste has been consistent and the staff are friendly and humble. It's a small delivery place but one we would recommend for anyone with specific dietary needs that need time and care to provide for. A regular in our list of takeaways...of which aloo chana rice with mixed vegetable curry and vegan daal makani all enjoyed with roti or chappatti."

"My partner and I have been regular customers here for the past two years. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and tranquil, and the food is delicious. However, we have noticed a decline in the quality of service, especially with some of the newer waitresses working in the upstairs restaurant. Lately, it has taken a long time for them to take our order and they have repeatedly forgotten items or brought us the wrong dishes. It is disappointing because we love this place, but we may have to take a break from dining here until the staff is better trained."

"much fun and Italian. paolo’s is a truly Italian restaurant that is run by the family oddi, papa and sohn! the local has been serving for over 30 years, is the standard consistent and the menu is full of classic favorite spaghetti and pasta, great meat and fish and some beautiful desserts. Among the favorites are calamari fritti, trotta rina forelle, fabulous steak with pfeffer sauce, chickenermone grappa. all recommended. stefano, who runs the restaurant, is also a bit magic and makes great cartoons! his sweats are not bad either! very friendly staff and definately worth a visit, especially with good weather as they can dinate al fresco!"

"Fantastic vegan range. The cauliflower and spinach curry was very tasty. Now and again, the poppadoms could be very oily though, and the pepsi rather tasteless. Sticky floors were really the only small difficulties I had but I suspect some people might like it as a hallmark of such a pub."

"I went to this restaurant for a quick lunch and was taken aback by the chaos inside, with everyone running around, especially the male boss. A waitress with curly hair and a London accent came over to take our order, she was lovely. However, the manager interrupted and told her to serve someone else who came in before us. He was incredibly rude. When we tried to change our drink order, the staff mixed it up and the manager insisted we were in the wrong. He was flustered and spoke to his staff terribly. He seemed unhygienic, sweating profusely and giving off a bad odor. I would not return to this place. The female manager was also very rude to my companion. This restaurant needs a complete overhaul."

"Recently visited the new in with friends for a birthday and had an amazing experience throughout our evening. The food was delicious and presented professionally. We tried a few different cocktails but loved the spritz menu the most! We were served by their amazing waitress Gabriele who made sure all our requirements were met throughout the evening and even brought out a birthday special to celebrate. All in all an amazing evening."

"this place is soou good! always very welcoming! all employees have a smile on their face, only 2 small mistakes! when the food arrived, it was quite cold, but maybe that was the case because the place was super busy! and if I order a latte, no sweat, the half of the drink is foamy/milky foam, and I have to clean it out before I start so that I can finally reach my drink, other than eating it tastes good! the workers are so helpful and have no problems to go backwards and forwards to get for them, as I think my table had 7 people n it must become angry to be honest, the art and wise my table was so demanding, I would have annoying, but they always have it for us with a smile!"

"Serbian run Serbian restaurant, now facing increased competition Kod Pirketa (Acton), Fulham Kitchen (Fulham) and therefore improving over the years, since 2011. For non Balkan foodies, specialities will appear simple, but these are all honest, plentiful meat dishes that will almost certainly make you feel quite full. Try a portion of ćevapcici (kebab) or chicken in mushroom sauce, ask for lepinja (warm, soft bread) and maybe sample a shot of rakija (a strong local spirit). After COVID you can enjoy several outside tables, in addition to a few covered at the front. Want to shop for more? Another Serbian cafe/shop across the road."

"Went with a bunch of friends for my birthday. Had been to the Aeronaut many years previously for their circus night and it had been incredible. This night was a 'game show ' night. We paid a not inconsiderable sum (about £25 each? to enter an empty room with a couple of lame drag artists. Another table got a couple of people arrive. It got to showtime and the room was completely dead, I 'd checked with the lady on the door and she said it would fill up. Miraculously, about 10 minutes later a load of people flooded in the door. At the bar half way through the evening (which was lame, I was right! I asked a couple of the people at the bar if they 'd paid to come in. No, they hadn 't. I found the woman in charge and asked for a refund. We were basically the only paying punters in there. I found the policy very disingenuous. Over charging mugs like us in advance and then letting about 50 people in for free on the night to fill it?! Thankfully, the only positive thing I could say is, they gave us a refund the next day. Left a sour taste though that was my birthday night ruined at the time."

"I went to the counter to order a glass of wine and cordial but was not happy with the amount of cordial in my drink. I added more cordial myself, but a staff member came to our table with a bad attitude and charged us twice for the cordial. I was very disappointed with the customer service and found the atmosphere to be unfriendly. The price was also not fair in my opinion, as paying $1.50 for cordial in water seemed excessive, considering water is usually a complimentary offering at restaurants. I was very unsatisfied and do not plan on returning to this establishment."

"I used to frequent this restaurant with my friends and we still reminisce about it. However, on a recent visit, I was quite disappointed. The food was decent, I'd even say good, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Otherwise, it would have been just one star! The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, and the restrooms were filthy. I was reluctant to return after using the facilities. Additionally, we were overcharged for our drinks, but I chose not to argue about it. One of our group accidentally spilled a drink, which was promptly replaced, but we were still charged for it on the bill. Sadly, I won't be returning due to the overall lackluster experience, despite the good food."

"I recently stayed at the Kings Arms while attending a football match with my Son. We are regular customers of this charming Inn and usually enjoy a high standard of service. However, I must say that the breakfast experience was disappointing. While waiting for our full English breakfast, three people left due to the long wait. The cook seemed to be doing his best under pressure, but the hot plate system was inadequate for handling the breakfast rush. The owners should consider hiring a chef and improving their service to avoid losing customers. There is a well-equipped kitchen on the first floor, so there is no excuse for the subpar breakfast service. Perhaps offering an 'All Day Breakfast' option would better suit the business. Despite this, we still prefer staying at the Kings Arms over a modern hotel when traveling to London. However, improvements to the breakfast offering are necessary to meet customer expectations."

"Racist and Abelist manager Sylvester. My friends and I go to the ealing Wetherspoons quite often and have never had a bad interaction, however last night we had our first encounter with the manager of this chain. My friend South African Woman ordered her drink and then got asked to show ID, she proceeded to show her valid Citizenship card which proved her age 18, 19 this December and they did not approve it. She then explained how she has a chronic illness and cannot apply for drivers license since her CFS prevents her from applying for a provisional. The employee explained how they do not accept this as it is identical to a “university student card” which is not a valid form of ID despite a legal requirement of going to university is being 18. After snatching her drink away and not listening to my friend explaining how she is disabled the manager then got involved. This is where the racism and ableism began, Sylvester then proceeded to point to my friends curly hair and whisper so the body cam would not pick up “ people like you shouldn’t be here.” Our friend came back to the table in shock, couldn’t belive the thing she just got told. Our waitress came over with the manager, she was a young woman with mouse brown hair and she was one of the only workers that showed us any sympathy or remorse, it was evident that the manager takes his anger out on the other employees probably on minimum wage trying to make ends meet because she was very distressed and uncomfortable around him. He then came over to us and I tried to explain to him the severity of this situation, explaining how our friend is disabled and physically cannot have another ID, he could see her crutches and still was so agressive and verbally abusive. He said to our friend “ if you’re disabled you shouldn’t be in places like this” she then broke down in tears and he did not care, then asked ONLY her to leave dispite knowing that 2 of us were under 18 as it was only 6pm and we were still welcome, but had to leave at 9 The police was threatened to be called on us. I have never been more disgusted by anyone, upon further research this is not the only time Sylvester has been complained for ableism and racism. One report that an Asian man was denied a glass of orange juice because he did not have ID. I found this experience so disgusting and my friend is so hurt by this discrimination from Ealing Wetherspoons, going against the Equality Act 2010. This treatment is very ironic since the sign on the door explains how “ not every disability is visible “ yet to discriminate our friend. Disgusting"

"We recently visited Gifto's on a trip to Southall. We had Nihari, Lamb Biryani and Mix Grill for take away. The Nihari was ok. Lamb Biryani was very good and Mix grill was also good. "we had a few parties in this restaurant before and therefore have enjoyed each other again and again and decided to have a triple celebration in their banquet hall. from the first day when we met the fronts, we were treated with a male personal alene that could not be less helpful than anything we asked was rejected and would not meet halfway to finish the deal. At any rate we agreed to her accusations and decided to try food for which we had to pay in full amount, not even a small discount, from which we complained about the chicken ktikka, as had a full taste, she did not even offer to replace, but then we asked to make sure that chicken ktikka be chest pieces and was assured at 2 points, but at the day of the celebration they served cheap chicken pieces. on the day everything went into order, apart from huhn tikka starter and not the same experience with food. at the end, when we have the bill we owe a refund of the payment we paid and said it was refunded at the earliest. also the person who was busy with us, said he would grab us the left of the buffet when we filled in a positive feedback, what a deal! then we started to follow the refund as it was not processed as promised. we have always called and were given excuses, will last a week, up to two weeks, has been processed, but not, then the person who processes the refund is on vacation, and finally, when speaking with the refund lady reshmi was said, no worries her get her refund, but we only processed in mass therefore delayed! what a lot of nonsense it took seconds to take money in advance from us, but when it came to our money back so many lie, 2 weeks delay and numerous phone calls with frustration. so much to give recurring business, never again."

"Came here yesterday for lunch .It Was around 1.45ish. It was busy . We ordered two channa bhatura . We were given 2 bhatura Each. Upon eating, I found that the chick peas were very spicy. It seemed like The ground spices hadn’t been cooked into the curry properly and the spice was hurting my throat. So I called the waiter over and told him the chick pea curry was very spicey. He just said they made it medium hot. All the time He didn’t seem that bothered. I asked for Some plain saag instead. So atleast I could eat the bhatura. The saag was very pale in colour . It was ok. But too much garlic in it . The bhatura were oily . We would have preferred Puri instead . The waiters were all busy. The food Was bought out quickly I noticed . It’s not cheap to eat here. Most dishes are £7 plus. We paid £25. Just for two channa and a saag And sadly I didn’t enjoy any of it. I won’t be back . The service was slow. Had to get the Attention of the waiters when we wanted anything . They didn’t seemed bothered ."

If there was a live band or a half decent DJ I wouldn't mind, but there wasn't a great selection of drinks, and most of the clientele seemed like wannabe gangster types, dripping in gold chains and fake designer clothes. I ended up paying over £7 for a run of the mill beer and leaving, just as security were dealing with some Eastern European troublemaker. Not really my kind of bar."
