"Gemütliche Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal und gute schwäbische Küche, so kennen wir dieses Lokal schon viele Jahre. Aber in letzter Zeit hat sich da etwas geändert. Die Kässpätzle sind wirklich einzigartig im Geschmack und im Aussehen, könnte auf den ersten Blick auch ein Pfannkuchen gewesen sein. Die Weihnachtsente war geschmacklich solala, die Haut leider lapprig. Am Nebentisch wurde Schnitzel serviert, das hätte ich dem Koch um die Ohren geschlagen, so dunkelbraun gebrannt war es. Wurstsalat wird neuerdings mit merkwürdigem Dressing angemacht, sieht aus und schmeckt wie im Schnellimbiss. Die Küche bekommt von mir höchstens 3 von 5 Bewertungspunkten. Was aber in der heutigen Zeit gar nicht geht, ist die Verweigerung von Kartenzahlung. Das kann ausnahmsweise mal notwendig sein aber nicht generell. Selbst der Glühweinstand am Weihnachtsmarkt kann das. Ein Hinweis am Eingang fehlt. Solange sich hier nichts bessert, bleibe ich diesem Lokal fern. Schade."

"We wanted somewhere German to eat near to a gig venue we had that night. We found this place on Google Maps, and it did not dissapoint. Ok so the girl didnt speak much English, and after a confusing entry, we got seated and waited to order. The place was busy so had a little wait, but this allowed us to enjoy the 3 euro pints and try work out the German menu. We ordered and didnt wait too long for the food, which was excellent. I had the steak and my partner had the pork schnitzel, with a load of fries and salad. Nice little bar, tucked out the way.. recommended"

"I live by myself in Stuttgart and have been going to Safran for the last 3 years. I normally buy about 40 E worth of food and enjoy for multiple sittings. I do not normally write reviews, but doing so after a long time. I have been to pretty much every restaurant that has kabob in the menu. Not everyone can cook kabob just the way it is meant to be. Akbar and the family at Safran has mastered Persian/Iranian food. My favorites are the 3 different kabobs as well as the Fasenjan. I have tried the other dishes and all have been perfected. Again, I have tasted food from many Persian restaurants, but you will not go wrong here. I would recommend this restaurant over all in Stuttgart, and Kabul Restaurant in Frankfurt overall on kabobs and Persian food. Good luck. -J"

"atze is a legendary - and since he has said this again on the peaceful rest, it is simply perfect, this mix of ground-based pub (also in winter!) and super nice beer garden in summer. the card is not huge, but eating very tasty. in the summer you order at the theke, which is brought to eat. from 18 o'clock, there are delicious specials on the day card and on Sunday a 1a brunch for small money (reserve in due course!). feel good!"

"Das Restaurant liegt versteckt im Gewerbegebiet und ohne gezielte Suche fast nicht zu finden. Beim eintreten wird man jedoch von der Größe und der gelungenen Einrichtung überrascht. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich fast familiär und aufmerksam und alle wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt.Die Karte ist dafür sehr übersichtlich. Bei unserem Besuch konnte man zwischen fünf Gerichten oder drei Pizzen entscheiden plus einigen Vorspeisen, Suppen und Nachspeisen.Sie Gerichte die wir hatten waren gut, frisch und lecker. Die Pizza hätte jedoch etwas mehr Belag vertragen. Die Preise sind sehr fair! Das Restaurant ist vor allem auf die Mittagszeit ausgelegt (Industriegebiet) und schließt breites um 18 Uhr"

""Mozart 3" liegt im Bermudadreieck mehrerer Lokale und muss sich natürlich schon etwas anstrengen. Was es auch tut. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, aber doch auch vielfältig. Der Koch ist wirklich sehr gut, das war nicht immer so - uns hat es die letzten Male ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt. Und die Bedienung ist auch reizend, zuvorkommend und doch unaufdringlich. Der Wirt ist großartig, sehr liebenswürdig und kundenorientiert. Da das Lokal zwei - miteinander verbundene - Räume hat, kann man wählen zwischen "Schaufenster" und "eher privat"."

"block house stuttgart had very disappointed me at the last visit. against 18h a local crowd of about 80%, we were kindly received and we were assigned a table. the waiter was very fast at the table and has recorded the order. the waiting time for eating was pleasant, the meat rinderfilet me. rumpsteak juicy and fried exactly on request. the supplements were very good, spinat great seasoned, the cream in the ofenkartoffel delicious. "we had a reservation for two, but couldn't make it in time, so we asked them to let them know that we're late. there was a very nice vote on the phone that said we shouldn't worry about it, we can take our...time to come! but at the end we came only a few minutes too late. our table was placed on the window and there was a beautiful candle that was already lit for us. we haven't waited long to order our food. there were sorts. I wish I could eat anything, but we ordered five or six different tellers! they served the dinner after a few minutes and didn't let us wait long. each dish was served fresh and soouo tasty. nicolas our waiter asked if everything was in order, we liked it. he was very kind. but also the other waiters were nice. after dinner they invited us for Greek coffee, which tasted excellent. this restaurant has a very warm and authentic style. I could also imagine celebrating my birthday or something special here. for me this place deserves full points. get it and find out."

"Our experience was the worst. The food is mediocre at best, while it takes ages for the courses to be served. What I did not understand is why do you need to wait for an hour between the starter and the main course! We had to wait even for our Aperitif! We have complained to the waiters multiple times and nothing changed. At the end, we had to cancel our dessert and leave due to the ridiculous waiting time. Apparently, the chef dictates when you are being served and he had a bad mood! On top, the steak for my wife was cut into two small pieces and it costed €30! I will only recommend this restaurant to you if you want to waste your money on bad food and bad service."

"My boyfriend and I went for a nice Wednesday dinner in La Bruschetta...or so we thought. As the main restaurant room was a bit overpupulated (still spots but no space to actually pull your chair and fit) we decided to go to the other room.. a former galery. We sat there for about min without being paid attention to, even after waving and saying excuse me For some inexplicable reason, we still didn't go home, we moved back to the main room. The waiter who greeted us with a grunt made a pissed off face as I was blocking his way to another table and stood passively agressively until I got off. As we didn't get menus or a greet for another min, we were leaving. Exactly at that time the another grunt came from behind our backs and the menus were flopped on the table. We were starving to death and decided to order: carpaccio with black truffles, pizza staggioni and pizza with black truffles. In the meantime, as the kitchen was in another building, every time the waiter brought something, he left the door open when outside was degrees Celsius. Most patrons put back their winter jackets. We got the carpaccio after Our neighbours had to wait for their panacotta way over hour! The waiter never said hello, here you are, you're welcome, he just grunted like a sick pug the whole time. The carpaccio was really flavoursome, ingredients were fresh. Pizza was quite ok, no complaints there. But the service was just inexplicable!"

"Positives: The outside terrace area was very pleasant, especially during the warm evening. The starters were good. The German beers. Negatives: I'm not sure if it was just us but the service wasn't great as previous reviewers experienced. The main meals we had were both awful. I never ever complain but when asked how our food was I couldn't allow myself to say okay. It was the worst burger I'd eaten in a couple of decades; full of gristle and fat and utterly tasteless. My partners beef was also cooked to the point where it was like leather. To be fair our waiter did remove my burger from the bill. There are a lot of positive reviews of this restaurant and this is the only real bad one. However, sadly this was the worst meal we ate in Stuttgart during our 6 night stay."

"Having tried pretty much every sushi restaurant and takeaway in Stuttgart, I keep coming back to this one, simply because the food is consistently great. As a sashimi lover, it's important that the fish is fresh and has that meltinyourmouth texture to it. I've been...ordering from here for the last years. The delivery times can differ, during peak times you'll have to wait minutes for delivery, however they always tell you this when ordering and their estimates are usually pretty accurate. It can be an expensive takeout option especially if you love sashimi, but you get what you pay for! The various special rolls they create are the perfect balance of traditional sushi with bold flavours. Some are a bit hit and miss, but you generally it's all very good. They also stock Japanese beers too which is always a plus"
