"We, as a family fancied Turkish tonight, so I looked round and found one not far away! I couldn’t get through to the restaurant on the phone, so I tried booking on foot. Once I arrived around 3pm while the staff were door opened to...the high street and preparing for opening at 4pm, I spoke to a lady to see if I could book for tonight, she said that the manager wasn’t here, s I asked someone else who then pointed to the manager, the manager asked how he could help. I mentioned to book a table for dinner later that night please. This turned in to an Unhelpful, indecisive and actually downright rude exercise. I didn’t think that booking a table would be hard and was shocked how I was spoke to! I asked if there was a chance of a booking for that night?, he said he was almost full, but he leaves an allowance for walk-ins. I said if you are not full could you accept my booking?, Answer: but we are full?? I haven’t mentioned what time I would be available for, or you haven’t mentioned what time is available, as you are almost full! Answer: We are full accept for the allowance of walk-ins! Wrong! If that’s the answer I get, I’d rather not book, order and have indecisive menu orders arriving at my table!, and causing us more aggravation. Sorry Ada, no customer this time!"
