"Maybe 3 years since we’ve been still meh. Lobster ravioli well cooked, well seasoned m, sauce a bit thin. Mushroom fettuccine very good. Starters mixed. Meatballs, humus decent, mackerel and pickled veg didn’t work, nothing to balance the tart flavours of the veg. Deserts a step down or two from a Gu pudding in the supermarket. Sticky toffee pudding and the plums were fine but made without any love, care or attention. What will stop us returning any time soon was the service. Trying to catch someone’s eye like a teenager at a disco to get any attention isn’t fun at the best of times. When you pay £320 for 6 which includes three children and an octogenarian who had one glass of wine, it’s frustrating at best but rude and showed a lack of training. It’s just . . . Meh. But not cheap meh"

"Been going here for a fairly long time going back a few years since it was at Silverburn and now situated at Braehead . Pretty disappointed upon our recent visit . Pasta bowls reduced in size drastically and had 3 bits of chicken in it (which we paid extra for) . The pizza was the same, ordered the posh pepperoni which used to come on a large oblong wooden board and is now served as a small round pizza and again with reduced toppings; for £16.50 for the pizza alone I found this very disappointing. Soft drinks expensive and overall it all felt lacking in the portion sizes quantity department . This is a shame as the food was still really tasty. I don’t think we will be back this time round and will likely try some of the other restaurants around that are doing similar deals food . I understand times are hard for everyone Prezzo including the smaller businesses but this will lose you valuable time served customers like myself who can hardly afford to feed myself and two kids as it is ."

"Absolutely amazing food ! The nicest home cooked pasta I've tasted. Had a completely separate vegan menu with loads of selections, as well as the chef offering to make a separate dish vegan. The home made vegan cashew nut cheese was incredible also. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Have already been back and will definitely be going a third time Highly recommend for everyone, and anyone dietary requirements! "The RHG Hotel is stunning and in a great location. However we had to wait nearly an hour for our food. The restaurant was very understaffed. We had to go to the front of house to get our coffee. At this point we had been in the restaurant for two hours and had had only one course. To compensate for this we were given our coffee free but we would rather have had it in good time. In the end we were overcharged for a side we neither ordered nor had delivered. On the whole very disappointing. The staff did their best but there were not enough of them."

"It 's quite difficult to weed out the 'reviews ' from the reviews these days. This is a review. I visited very early evening on a rainy Halloween without a booking. From the outside it looks pretty lively it certainly stands out from the many other Italians in Scarborough. The gentleman who greeted me didn 't flinch, tut or roll his eyes when I said I admitted I was without booking and offered me a table by the fire in the bar. He then pitched up quickly with a menu and took my drink order: Birra Moretti on tap hurrah who wouldn 't? I had come specifically for pizza and even the specials board couldn 't dissuade me. I ordered the Diavola, which came with a warning due to its chilli and N 'duja content. I was feeling adventurous. A steaming pizza duly arrived and I ate every bit. It was absolutely delicious: very thin base perfectly topped with aforesaid toppings along with pepperoni. It was hot, but not too hot (no need for a warning) and the meaty bits were good and salty. 'Reviews ' claim this is the best restaurant in Scarborough. It may be, but as I haven 't visited every restaurant in Scarborough I can 't verify that. But what I can say with honesty is that this is a lovely, cozy Italian serving perfect pizza."

"I visited san giovanni for birthday dinner with two friends and my baby. I was appalled by the way I was treated after I had asked how long our main courses would be (after an hour have waited) when I suggested to the waiter that we had to wait one, he replied, "No, you didn't ', I was completely withdrawn. then he continued in an extremely defensive (and aggressive) wise. I can say categorically that this spoils the rest of the meal. I've never seen anything like that in a restaurant. about eating, my friends enjoyed their carbonnara, but my pizza was loaded with fat cheese. does not want to visit again and would not read more. more"
"had an absolutely beautiful meal here tonight. the restaurant is beautiful, the service of the staff was amazing. the food was first great. However, the owner manager let down the whole evening by asking us to go because one of our party was apparently “ drunk ”. this was after we bottle of moët champagner to buy happy to take our money, then because of the table next to us, the clearly drunk house wine complains after we have ordered each time we have another bottle. we were not drunk, we ate well, we had a nice evening, but it would seem that the restaurant would like to serve them champagner, then they take the opinion of the table next to us. Many thanks for a wonderful meal and compliments to the chef and thank them for their attentive waiting staff. pity about the owner is sad that he only thought it necessary to say something after we had spent our money"

"Where do I begin! never been to Kew before. And myself and my lady were going to stay on a Barge boat for her So I looked up the best restaurants on trip advisor. Emailed Ma Cuisine as I wanted to have a Birthday...Cake delivered to the venue. Well Sanat and the guys are exceptional. Could not have been more hospitable. So friendly and very discreet about the cake. My lady didn't have a clue. And the food OMG so amazing. I have been in the pub trade for years managed over venues and obviously eaten in more. Ma Cuisine is in my top of all time. I cannot recommend them enough. Keep it up gentlemen"

"This restaurant is fantastic for enjoying traditional Belgian cuisine. We tried the carbonade Flemish style, which is a wonderfully tender stew with a thick, savory gravy sauce. The portion sizes are generous, but you may want to consider ordering side dishes like vegetables. The staff is extremely hospitable. Due to its popularity, it's advisable to make a reservation in advance."

"Perhaps we struck lucky and they were having a good day, but we really enjoyed our food and dining experience here. Lovely view over the bay, plenty of room between tables and you didn't feel you had to speak in hushed tones else upset neighboring tables (we were quite a large, boisterous group). Prices are a bit steep for drinks, but hey, the White Rose is just across the street for continuing the session. Would definitely go again and we are already arranging to have our Xmas bash here."

"I had a wonderful time sitting in the sun. I ordered the king prawn spaghetti, but my wife added her burrata from her salad to my dish, which was a delightful touch. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Alexandria, our waitress. When the manager unexpectedly walked out, Alexandria continued to handle everything with remarkable professionalism on her own. She truly deserves a raise or at least a bonus—listen up, management!"

"Ordered classic bruschetta and dough sticks for starter, bruschetta came without any balsamic reduction on top, when asked, they said they had run out, but never mentioned it whilst placing the order. The dough sticks were cooked nice however the accompanying dips of ‘garlic butter’ turned out to be garlic margarine and the ‘tomato pizza sauce’ turned out to be literal ketchup, which ruined the entire starter. When this was brought up to a member of staff, the manager was notified however the items were not knocked off the final bill, the main course was lovely, no complaints apart from maybe too much sauce with the pasta dish, but that is being picky. Whilst the main was lovely, the lack of an attempt to rectify the starter problem left us with a bad taste in our mouth and I’m not sure we will visit again"

"We have been coming here for years, but the last time we came (last year) the food was disappointing, so we booked with trepidation, not being confident that it would be a good experience. However, we were very glad that it has largely returned to it’s previous high quality of food and service. 3 of us came for an early dinner, ordering a bottle of house white wine, 1 whitebait and calamari starter to share and then a main course for each of us veal, sea bass and hake with 2 glasses of wine between us The quality of the fish was excellent, while the veal was a little tough in places. The total cost of the meal was £110, so not cheap, but we will be going back again."

"My mum and I visited for a spa day last week and it was absolutely fantastic. The overall experience from when we arrived at reception through to the end was first class. The spa was wonderful. I had the most amazing treatment from Emma! I also had dealings with a lady called Audrey who was so friendly and helpful throughout our whole time being there. Thank you Gleneagles I can’t wait to come back"

"Finally got to experience this absolute gem of a place. We went with friends and had to book in advance and put a deposit down. This place is popular and I now understand why. The inside is basic with a few tables no frills, but the staff are lovely and there is a lovely atmosphere. I now understand why this place is so busy, people from all over flock to this place for the amazing food. We started with oysters, I wasn't keen but tried them and now a convert they were incredible. I wish I could remember the toppings but can't. The flavours exploded in your mouth and lasted for a long time after they were incredible. The starters were faultless I had the pork belly and scallops and again the flavours were incredible. For my main I had the Moroccan spiced monkfish omg wow and souffle for desert. All the dishes we had were breathtaking and we can't wait to return. If you want amazing food, coupled with excellent service then you have to come here. This food is made with passion and that shines through. You will not regret booking this excellent value for money. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Rock Oysters, Blue Cheese Ice Cream, Pan Fried Crab Cake, Lobster Lasagna"

"Been going here for years and not left a review, now it's time. Food was brilliant and the staff were very attentive but not overly attentive. I can't fault our experience. The chips are amazing as is the Pollo Creme with a bit of extra garlic in the sauce. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a couple of hours of nice ambiance and friendly staff."
"I have been dining at this restaurant for a long time, starting back when it was located at Silverburn and now at Braehead. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed during my recent visit. The pasta bowls were significantly smaller and only had three pieces of chicken in them (which we paid extra for). The pizza was also smaller than before; I ordered the posh pepperoni, which used to come on a large wooden board but is now served as a small round pizza with fewer toppings. At £16.50 for the pizza alone, I found this very disappointing. The soft drinks were expensive and overall, the portion sizes felt lacking. Despite the food still being tasty, I don't think I will be returning this time. I may try some other restaurants in the area that offer similar deals. I understand that times are tough for everyone, including Prezzo and smaller businesses, but this may result in losing loyal customers like myself who struggle to afford meals for themselves and their children."

"The restaurant received top ratings for its friendly, warm, and caring service. The food was beautifully presented with delicious flavors. It was a great find and the reviewer would definitely come again. The restaurant was very busy, so it's important to make a reservation. The reviewer expressed their gratitude to Luigine for a wonderful experience."
