"Upon arrival, we were greeted with a notice stating that due to delivery issues, mashed potatoes were unavailable. Despite the lack of customers, the staff appeared overwhelmed. We were seated at a table that had not been set and had to ask for utensils. Our reservation was for 8:00pm, but when the chef arrived to carve, there was only a small piece of beef left and not enough turkey for me. The pork was tasty, but the cauliflower was both hard and watery, and the beans were lukewarm. When it came time to pay, the Toby app was not working, so we could not receive our 40% discount. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. It's unfortunate that we were considering booking our office Christmas meal here, but we will be looking elsewhere now."
