"During my recent visit, I found the food to be dry and lukewarm. I frequent this restaurant often, but it seems that the Sunday carvery has become inconsistent. I had requested to sit closer to the food area when I made my reservation, but ended up sitting far away, which was quite disappointing. The only bright spot of this visit was our waitress, who was very helpful. Given this experience, I don’t think I would return anytime soon."

Meat was well cooked. Wide variety of veg, however some of the veg ,peas and carrots in particular, had been under the hot lights too long and we’re drying up

Have to book to go so I booked for 3pm. Yet they must of over booked, so the queue for food was over a 30min wait. Booking for 3pm, sat down to eat at 4:30pm. Crazy.

Staff were polite and gave excellent customer service. Our waiter had a trainee and he was very thorough and patient explaining procedures to him. Very fast efficient service.

Although it was very busy, showed to table. Queue of 20 people infront but with two carvers queue did not take take long to get served. Food fresh and well tasty. Staff were friendly and polite.
