"In total, it took us 40 minutes from entering the restaurant to finally returning to our seats with our food. This is simply not acceptable. When I mentioned my concerns, I was told that this was normal for this time of year. I have difficulty standing for long periods, and I will not be returning. In the past, I have been able to dine in and out of three different restaurants within an hour, but yesterday it took over two and a half hours in total. The friendly hospitality I experienced before was lacking, so I must say goodbye. Sincerely, David Anderson"

We a bit disappointed with beef couldn’t cut it couldn’t eat it normally it very good and tasty other than that it was good So hopefully next time it will be okay

We were seated quickly, and the drinks were served promptly. We all enjoyed the carvery, and the waitress was very friendly, making sure that everything was satisfactory for us.

Everything was excellent, although the covid related rules just left me puzzled, putting a lot of extra pressure on the waiting staff that wasn’t necessary. Overall though, it was a pleasant outing and the food was lovely

This was the best Carvery meal that I have ever had anywhere, the man that has carved the meat in the past wasn’t present so the meat wasn’t as wafer thin as before so I was able to taste the turkey. It was a meal perfect. View menu

The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly helpful. I had some difficulty getting around, but the girls went out of their way to assist me by carrying my plate and helping me finalize my order.

Hi I visited this Toby carvery on Wednesday the 30th with friends the food was lovely but the service was a bit messed up due to covid regs I understand but one by one your dinner comes out which first of all is on a stand waiting for staff to bring it to you there was one member of your team doing this task as a table of 4 come dinner time maybe recruit more staff at this time
