"The entire restaurant has a dirty appearance. The floor is very uneven and poses a safety risk. The restroom area was not clean, and one of the hand dryers was out of order. The meat was decent, but the vegetables were disappointing. The cauliflower was rough, raw, and hard, while the Yorkshire puddings had an unusual texture. The gravy was acceptable. I can't comment on the service, as the waitress only showed up at the end of the meal, so I didn't have the opportunity to voice my concerns. I will not be returning."

The whole place looks grubby. soil very uneven and dangerous slowly in places. Toilet area not clean and a hand dryer does not work. The meat was okay, but the veg left much to wish. Dried from cabbage, raw and hard cauliflower of strange consistency Yorkshires ok and the severity was ok. No service to comment, as the waitress did not seem so incapable of complaining until the end. It won't go back.

We came to the Carvery after a busy day with no time to eat. We arrived for 5pm having booked through The Fork. I had asked for a quiet table and the restaurant fulfilled my request and supported my food intolerances and low fat diet. We both enjoyed our meal but were too full to enjoy a dessert, so we ordered a take away dessert to eat later. We plan to invite the family to join us on our next visit.
