"We came to the Carvery after a busy day with no time to eat. We arrived for 5pm having booked through The Fork. I had asked for a quiet table and the restaurant fulfilled my request and supported my food intolerances and low fat diet. We both enjoyed our meal but were too full to enjoy a dessert, so we ordered a take away dessert to eat later. We plan to invite the family to join us on our next visit."

Staff were very friendly and service was good. Food was good but cauliflower could of been cooked a little more. I like it aldente but couldn't eat it as it was too hard., Otherwise rest of meal was beautiful.

The whole place looks grubby. Floor very uneven and dangerously slow in places. Toilet area not clean and one hand dryer not working. The meat was ok, but the veg left a lot to be desired. Dried out cabbage, raw and hard cauliflower of weird consistency Yorkshire’s ok and the gravy was ok. No service to comment on as waitress didn’t appear until the end so unable to complain. Won’t be going back.
