"The staff at this restaurant, including the manager, were extremely rude. They forgot my drink on the table, and when I asked for a small carvery, they refused because of my age. To top it off, the manager laughed and walked away. I will not be returning to this establishment. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a rating of 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was £10-20. I cannot recommend any dishes from this place."

when entering the restaurant, they must wait to show a table. eating is the usual karvery menu. the people who serve the food and the waitress were very polite and well gifted and worked well there. the place has a good atmosphere when they arrive. parking is free and you can always find a place. the toilets are regularly cleaned and maintained. My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant last week. Our server, Jenny, was very attentive and polite. She was very friendly and I believe she is a valuable member of the Toby Carvery team. I had also attempted to book a table at the Sheldon Toby but did not initially receive a confirmation email, although I eventually did. I discovered that only 6 or 6:30 seating times were available.
