Creamy macaroni pasta smothered in a rich, cheesy sauce, baked to golden perfection, and topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

"Had lunch today, was ok, very expensive for what was actually served. Small portion of what seemed like oven fries, hardly any chicken in club sandwich and £7 to add chicken to a salad is nuts!! Service charged automatically added onto bill..wasn’t much service at all Disappointing"

"We used to almost dread a visit to Yell as there was no-where to have a bite of lunch, but our visit to LJ's today was great! Fresh food prepared as you wait. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed an interesting pulled pork pizza with a barbecue sauce. Our friends had freshly prepared sandwiches, well presented with salad, coleslaw and crisps. I am a difficult-to-please coffee drinker, but was delighted to find the coffee was excellent. I had a toasted wrap with Kentucky chicken, salad and coleslaw served with home-made chunky chips. Yum! Will now look forward to visiting Yell much more often!"

"Quite a nice cafe, but overpriced This is quite a nice cafe but they have put their prices up quite a but recently and in my opinion it's a bit of a rip off We had a couple of breakfasts, think it was 12 odd quid. Even a sandwich is about £8. They've done away with their soup and a sandwich deal so now if you want that it's £5 for soup and then an extra £8 for a sandwich. It's more like hotel prices than a wee local cafe. We used to go quite a lot but won't be going back, it's just too expensive, although i appreciate their costs may have gone up and they have to charge this to make ends meet."

"We recently visited The Plough Inn for the very first time. The pub/restaurant is very welcoming and cosy. We were seated straight away with no problems, the waitresses were very friendly. Our meal was delicious and reminded me of a home cooked meal, well worth the money! I don't understand why people are complaining about the amount of food you get, you get a large portion for a low price...don't see the problem with that? The only thing that would have made the meal even better would be more gravy on the beef pie, with maybe a wee jug on the side! Overall The Plough Inn is well worth the money and is a great place to go if you want a simple, down to earth meal! Hope to be back again soon!"

"Polperro is a unique village with stunning landscapes. Staying at the Crumplehorn makes the experience even more memorable. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are stylishly decorated, and the food is simply delightful. Nearby restaurants offer fantastic value and serve delicious meals. There are wonderful walking trails, and the bus service is great. It’s definitely a destination worth visiting—you won't be disappointed!"

"If you wait, you can get in quickly!! Please note that the tables on the second floor are shared tables, so you may be eating with other people......!!! (The seat is a little narrow, and I was a bit uncomfortable..ㅜㅜ The menu is just steak and it's really delicious!!! If you like mushrooms, be sure to add mushroom sauce! please!!! This sauce has a very strong mushroom flavor and goes really well with steak!! The ice cream given at the end is truly delicious! ! I really recommend it Oh, and I personally like medium rare, but the medium in this restaurant made the meat feel more tender!"

"Visited this past weekend with a large group from outside this country. Was offered a glass of bubbly, when this was declined by most of the party because they do not drink alcohol, this was pushed as it was a gift from the restaurant. When people say they don't drink alcohol it's probably not going to change their mind even when you say it's a gift. Our waiter would frequently go outside for a cigarette and when he returned it was clearly obvious as he smelled heavily of cigarettes. We had been moved from a different BSK due to a burst pipe but the restaurant was totally empty, no atmosphere."
"Absolutely superb breakfast from this little cafe, one of the best I have had in a long time. Items were cooked to perfection for me, well priced and included some of the best gluten free toast I have had. Huge pot of hot tea with milk served in little milk urns which was a nice touch. Value for money, presentation and taste of the breakfast were first class, if you like your full breakfast this is well worth a stop."

"here in the last month the pommes with the homemade pulled jackfruit burger were quite awesome, like the premium burger, best I had in the old. try the grill again. the atmosphere in the restaurant bar is good, there is a hidden sitting area for the bar down, a look worth it, it is york underground history worth seeing. update: visited last night. had the roasted diceed cauliflower. I've never eaten a whole cauliflower and I haven't. had only fled about three. totally amazing, like the sides that came with him, I had pommes and smoked beans. £14 total bargain, couldn't eat anything amazing."

"regrettable when we arrived, but we had booked. fast to order drinks to take/out, then we were told that there was a backlog in the kitchen. determined to order only net that came an hour after drinks. had to go into the bar to get additional drinks. Slowly. to ask if we wanted Dessert/Coffe until what time we had enough. then the card machine did not work and we paid money instead of waiting longer until it was connected. eating was good, but not good overall experience. they told us about Kitchen Backlog, but we didn't know how long, and we had committed until then."

"phenomenal pub. great personal. amazing atmosphere with a group of friends to eat and drink with a group of friends on Saturday night. I had the steak and the ale piee, the cake was more than generously filled and the veg was cooked to perfection. one of my friends was vegetarian, so she ordered the plant-based haggis wellington, again a very generous part and she could not stop impairing the quality of the haggis. the staff was very friendly to offer us with sharpeners and entertainment, as was filled with laughter behind the bar. we were happy enough to stay for the live music that brought the pub to live. everyone singed and danced in his session."

"Hanks in Ipswich offers unparalleled vegan options that can't be matched in the area. The entire menu is vegan, making it a top choice for plant-based eaters. The menu is extensive, and although I may not be able to try everything, I'm eager to give it a go. I opted for takeout using the embargo app, and the service was seamless. I highly recommend trying their wraps, hot dogs, and macaroni and cheese if you're unsure what to order. While the prices may be on the higher side, the quality of the food is worth it. The restaurant is usually quiet when I visit, which is perfect for me as I avoid crowds. However, I hope more people show their support for this establishment. It's been a long time coming for quality vegan options in the area, and now we have our own space to enjoy. I also recommend visiting their other locations in Colchester and Felixstowe. Show them some love!"

"When three generations of my family recently vacationed in Scotland, we enjoyed many wonderful experiences and excellent food. The best part of the trip, however, was our discovery of The Palace Pantry in Falkland, where we encountered the warmest, most welcoming women and the most delicious sweet and savory food imaginable. These women created delectable, traditional Scottish pies, with fillings ranging from haggis and pepper steak to curried chicken and macaroni and cheese. Our grandsons, aged 10 and 12, loved the pies so much, we served them every night. The sweets were equally fabulous, including fruit tarts, yum yums, and shortbread cookies. We also ate those every day. Not only did the women at The Palace Pantry provide us with daily meals and treats, they gave us valuable travel advice, letting us know how to pick up our son and grandsons without ever having to drive through the Edinburgh airport and where the best fish and chips and ice cream could be found in St. Andrew 's (Cromar 's for fish and chips, Janetta 's for ice cream). We can 't even imagine what our trip would have been like without Alison, Laura, Louise, and Joy. We highly recommend a trip to The Palace Pantry to meet these fabulous women and sample their delicious sweet and savory treats. It 's a bit off the beaten track, but well worth the trip."

"This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was fantastic. I tried the vegetarian wrap with spicy fries and they were the best fries I've ever tasted. The portions were generous and the service was fast. The restaurant had a charming atmosphere inside. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by their unique and quirky menu. They had a great variety of vegan and meat options. I highly recommend this place, especially since it's not too crowded being close to Holyrood Palace."

"Poor service Drink order asked for a St. Clements got a orange and lemonade as they didn't have bitter lemon they didn't even give me the option of choosing something else and they forgot my husbands pint. Food advertised as fresh was actually restaurant...pre prepared catering pack supplies. Burger was rock hard chips were soggy, fettuccini with chicken and bacon in a cream wine sauce made me feel ill for which makes me think it had some of these ingredients in it Water, White Wine Carrots Rapeseed Oil, Mushrooms Modified Maize Starch, Onions, Cream (from Milk) Sugar, Acid (Lactic Acid), Garlic, Salt, Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Yeast Extract, Chives, Ground Black Pepper, Parsley. Disappointed but hey ho when I went there years ago I got undercooked chicken with greenish potatoes with eyes so their standard has improved slightly."

"they are not exactly traditional Southern style, but they have good flavor). I had high expectations for this place but the chicken was dry and lacked seasoning. The sides were mediocre at best. I would recommend skipping this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Southern Fried Chicken."

"This is by far a brilliant spot and well worth a visit if you are in Aberdeen, just outside Bon Accord Centre. The most friendly and welcoming staff who go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. I had baked potato with tuna mayo and salad. My husband had a Mexican chicken and coronation chicken salad. Great portions and all very fresh, tasty and delicious"
