"I'm sure you all know that I love Italian cuisine, but I actually didn't have any Italian restaurants near where I live, now that I'm south of the river. a week or so, I was kindly invited to try eco in clapham with ceri – I had some paintings past and it had always looked really cozy and inviting, with a large orange pizza oven in the oven."

"Very pleasant Italian food.Quite small so very noisy when full plus very loud music. Why oh why do Italian restaurants never give you enough Parmesan and have condiments on the table. There was too much tomato sauce on the bolognese and a shame they could not make an affagato,as it is only a scoop of icecream with a shot of espresso added.Indeed all the deserts were not homemade. The pizzas were excellent. The waiter is charming and attentive."

"We came to the brassmill for a dinner and let’s just say this was the best meal out in a very long time. Alan, our waiter, was absolutely amazing and very attentive. He was sure to make sure we were happy with everything we ordered and gave us fabulous customer service. Our food was exquisite and really hit the spot. I had the lamb shank which was super tender and delicious and my partner had the salmon fish cakes which were packed full of flavour and gorgeous. Overall, an absolutely amazing and heavily recommend this place! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Buy all accounts the previous reviews, the real kitchen skill evident in the delicious starters, and the courteous discussion with the owner/chef, this would normally be a five star across the board review. Unfortunately we dined on an evening when inadequate temporary front of house staff (and one main course that we returned) resulted in a less that perfect experience. Our starters (Korean Crab Octopus stir fry, Seared Scallops) were terrific the complex flavours and presentation spoke of a truly gifted and skilled hand in the kitchen. When we returned the undercooked main, there were no quibbles and we were quickly offered apologies and an alternative and, on opting to have a further starter (Crab Delica Pumpkin Ravioli), we received a double portion by way of compensation: this was again excellent and very much appreciated. However, the fact that we (two)were the only diners in the restaurant but had long waits for each course to arrive, emphasised the organisational glitches, which the owner/chef subsequently explained. I'm sure that these issues are not the norm, and this restaurant will provide a really good experience. Please try all the starters if you possibly can."

"Disappointed after paying 35 each for 3 courses. Main course was nice but meals were small and not good value for money. Had to pre order which meant we were quite rushed. Chairs badly needed recovering an we were in a draughty corner. Would like to try again on a normal evening when it might be better value."

"The Wolseley Arms is a charming pub with a cozy country feel. The decor is inviting, especially around Christmas time with the open fires. It reminded me of the pub from the movie "The Holiday." The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable at £20-30 per person. The food is excellent, with recommended dishes including the Belgian Chocolate Brownie and the Hunters Chicken Schnitzel. Overall, I highly recommend The Wolseley Arms for a great dining experience."

"This restaurant is now called Dolce Italia. We had a table for 5 and were really impressed with both the food and service we received. The fish soup had a tasty bisque quality with fresh sea bass and fresh warm bread. The mushroom crostini looked good and tasted better. Caprese salad was fresh looking and yummy. Mains were also excellent. Belly of pork melted in the mouth, chicken milanese was moist with generous spaghetti in tomato sauce, with fresh tomatoes running through it. seafood linguine had lots of sea food, all perfectly cooked. Desserts were also good. I had the panna cotta, lovely wobble and beautiful taste. Also great value for money, with wine sensibly priced and affordable. Would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be returning."

"The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and the roasts were delicious. However, the restaurant was busy and we ended up waiting for an hour for our meal, which was difficult as we had a toddler with us. Unfortunately, no one informed us of the long wait or updated us on the status of our order. While the roasts were tasty and good value, the Nabenburger was better than the Brat but served cold. We were also not offered any additional drinks. It's disappointing because it's a beautiful place, but these issues need to be addressed in the future."

"It has been a while since we dined at this restaurant. We were very impressed with the new decor. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. They did not rush us to our table, allowing us to relax at the bar with a drink. Our server, a polite young lady, apologized for a slight delay, even though we did not feel inconvenienced. The restaurant was busy with a large group, which may have been why she felt the need to apologize. She was knowledgeable about the menu and informed us right away when a starter we wanted was limited in availability. Throughout our meal, she ensured we were comfortable and kept our drinks filled. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I mentioned to my husband that we should make the effort to dine here more often."

"We have driven past this restaurant many times and always intended to stop in for a meal and drinks on the patio. Today was especially nice and sunny, so we finally decided to give it a try, and we are so happy we did. A good pub is not only about the food, but also about the staff. Kyle was friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable."

"we choose grange farm as a preferred opportunity place for our Friday dinner instead of eating locally in the city center. (calls to pay £16 to come with the taxi to them) normally we would not have any trouble over eating. my partner ordered the lamb shank and for the price of £20 we felt that the price-performance ratio did not correspond to the usual standards of grange farm. he had to attack for sweetness, as it was barely served with the dish. I had gone with a traditional gammon and iron, and I also felt underwhelmed by him (even if it was at least £8 less) as we often dine in greene king pubs and had better. unnecessary to say our waitress jess was brilliant, bar staff were as attentive as they are in the rule and how the alcohol flows, the disappointing food does not ruin ours. perhaps the cook could re-view the offer at both dressed!"

"I've been coming to the salads after jaks for years. I was on my list to drink again and dinner. dawn was fantastic and flexible with us. we started with drinks in the cellar and gradually worked on the first floor to dinner. there is a second stage called the lounge that is a secret fund in mayfair! it is probably the next thing a private member club vibe. the personal was great! this is also a perfect place to rent very recommended for private parties! oh btw they have a sushi cook from hongkong, the sushi is probably one of the best I tried in mayfair! they have happy hour of 4 7pm would definitely come back!"

"We went to the restaurant for lunch to commemorate the anniversary of my father-in-law's passing two years ago. The restaurant was very busy, which is always a good sign, so we were happy that we had made a reservation in advance, especially during half term. However, the noise level was a bit high, making it difficult to hear our own conversation at times. We were seated at a nice table by the fire, which made the atmosphere cozy as we waited for our food. The menu was extensive and diverse, just like our previous visit for my mother-in-law's birthday. She ordered the seabass again and was not disappointed. Despite the generous portion size, she opted for a smaller dessert and complimentary hot drink, which added the perfect finishing touch to a memorable dining experience for her."

"inspiration from some of the most important historical personalities londons and local history; hyatt regency london – the churchill is a hotel with strata. the montagu, the more casual restaurant of the hotel, was originally built as a home of london socialite elizabeth montagu and her husband edward, the enkel des earl of sandwich. elizabeth montagu was the “Queen of the blue Stockings” and hosted great literary evenings for the leading politicians, artists and writers of the day as well as nurturing emerging intellectuals. Today the room is a beautiful modern restaurant with views of the portman square, a busy open kitchen and a fantastic menu with fresh products."

"I had difficulty with the menu at this restaurant because I am following a low-carb diet and most dishes came with chips or potatoes. When I asked if I could substitute haloumi fries for chips, I was told that I would have to pay extra for them. The chips on the menu were priced at £2.95, while the haloumi was £3.95. Instead of being charged the difference, I was charged for both. The waitress initially said I could have the haloumi, then returned to say I couldn't, but asked if I wanted a salad instead. In the end, I just asked her to bring me whatever. I have never been to a restaurant that was unable to accommodate such a simple request. I ended up with steak, vine tomatoes that I had to remove the stalks from, and haloumi fries that were quite dry in my opinion."

"We had a nice dinner at Heron's overall. My main observation is that they seemed to be understaffed, which affected the speed of taking orders and the level of attention we received. The Margherita I ordered wasn't very good, and it was quite clear that the prawn cocktail was made with frozen prawns. It's a casual spot for a meal, but it's not fine dining."

"Went there because my son is a vegetarian and my grandson has allergies. Have been before but this is the worst meal yet. children's menu did not come with a drink (small soda with dash cost £1.25), the vegetarian burger did not come with all accompliments and was dry and tasteless (had extra slice of cheese which looked all dried up at edges), caeser salad lucky had the sauce separate disgusting, and the salad (lettuce) did not look fresh. Asked about allergy waitress brought booklet which was not that easy, asked her to check with chef ref bun on burger and chips apparently chef only been there couple of days and wasnt sure if there was cross contamination of chips (dairy allergy) or bun??? 3 children 2 adults £77 waste of money. complained to Vintage inns as soon as I arrived home no replies, so obviously they are not interested"

"I was surprised to find such a complicated vegan option on the menu, with ingredients as since. really beautiful aromen a friendly greeting of (I think the) owners who are dame is vegetarian myself I could hear that they promote the Veggy options. they were very kind, they did not expect to be a visitor in "this kind" of pubs. the cook is called ariel and deserves a mention."
