"Visited the Cree Inn one year ago at same time of year with my partner. We had an amazing experience. Waiter and chef were so warm and welcoming and the food was delicious, especially the homemade cheesecake. We ended up staying after dinner and having more drinks in the bar because it was so nice. However we returned this year and were so disappointed. Was unsure of serving times so called the restaurant during the day and was advised stop serving at 8.30pm. We arrived at 8pm (having worked in the catering industry prev I know this isn't an ideal time however we were on holiday and time got away it shouldn't have effected service). We were served by a young lad who had no customer service skills and looked like he would rather be anywhere else. We were the only two people in the full restaurant. He then advised us about all the menu options that were not available, which left little to choose from. I advised I would probably just have a starter and desert, while my partner finally decided on a starter and one of the burgers with all the extras. Waiter then came back and said no burgers available. At that point fed up with the negative atmosphere and limited food choice, we decided to just order two starters and then head somewhere else. We got two drinks and two desserts costing only £22 whereas had the service been the same as before and food items actually on the food menu that were advertised we would have easily spent upwards of a £100. When we come back next year we will not return."

"Best steak we’ve had in forever, and we come from Belgium where steak frites is highly regarded. We had the creamy spinach as a side which was simply amazing, as well were the empanadas we had for starters. The cosy interior and classical musical playing softly in the background make for a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend a visit here when you are staying in London! Even if steak isn’t really your thing, this will be!"

"I called this morning to reserve a last-minute table for lunch as a (very) belated Mother's Day gift. The restaurant accommodated me right away, and I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff. We were treated to appetizers and dessert, and we left completely stuffed! The food was not only delicious but also came in generous portion sizes. I believe this is the fastest service I have ever experienced! Our meals arrived almost immediately after we ordered. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but it was definitely worth every penny!"

"A warm friendly welcome, a great selection of dishes, perfectly cooked and piping hot. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, the potatoes were amazing and the lamb so tender and flavoursome. The chickpea roast was fantastic, the schnitzel was to die for, and the the tiramisu topped off the meal perfectly. This was the best takeaway ever! Make sure you order the day before."

"We enjoyed a delicious seafood platter at a very affordable price as a starter. However, it was quite large and we ended up ordering mains that we didn't have room for. We requested a 20-minute break between courses, but unfortunately this did not happen. Our starter plates were cleared and the mains were brought out too quickly. Overall, the food and drinks were decent and reasonably priced. It's definitely worth a visit, but be aware of the portion sizes."

Highly recomended for a romantic meal or just a night out 10/10 I've been back here with my wife and friends for an evening out after returning home from an extended stay abroad due to covid. It was better than I remembered. The people remembered us and were very warm and welcoming. We treated like family. Our food was mouthwateringly good and plentiful. We love our time away but look forward to coming back for our nights out and fabulous meals here in River Moon. If I could I would score it 6 stars. Try it for yourself"

"Absolutely fabulous food. We were so glad we chose here. My husband had pate as a starter then the roast of the day which was beef, thick slices of proper roast beef and beautiful fresh vegetables. I had as a starter the fishcake. My main was huge haddock and chips which was so fresh, delicious.All this for £15.95 plus £1 extra for the haddock. I cannot recommend The Seabirds enough. The staff were efficient and friendly and a quick service. We shall return to lovely Flamborough just to eat here!."

"The Bridge Inn is one of those places that you could easily miss as it’s tucked away near the river, but luckily google maps help and the Airbnb where we stayed recommended this place too. It didn’t disappoint. The food was yummy and the Pimms was a nice addition given the summer weather. "I reluctantly popped in to the raggy with a friend because he said it had changed so much. I'm so glad I did because it has really been turned around, it used to be dark and dingy with no atmosphere but the new owners have really brought new life and such a welcoming atmosphere. "We was staying in lady heyes and decided to take a short walk to the nearest pub, upon entering we received a very warm welcome to our suprise the owner (just husband and wife running it) had just taken over one week before amazing customer service starters was very tasty we had S&P chicken skewers and halloumi fries. For 2 starters 2 mains and 2 drinks each for 2 people very cheap and will be returning a really nice visit would highly recommend for mains we had gammon and chips and a steak burger"

"We arrived a bit late but phoned ahead. We were told they stopped serving food at 8.30 and they asked the chef if he could squeeze us in- we were told he could but we had to choose our food quickly, what a wonderful way to be welcomed! When we ordered we were told they only had limited amounts of food- ‘you have ordered the falafel- you’re supposed to get 8 but we only have 5 left’ (and then 4 arrived . I ordered the vegan curry (as someone who has not eaten meat in 30 years . What was served was a chicken curry. I took one bite and spat it out- I can tell the difference between a dead bird’s rotting carcass and actual food a mile off. Feeling sick, I went to the toilet, and whilst I was there the server tried to convince my boyfriend I had ordered the chicken curry (yes, of course I had! . When I came back to the table she tried the same number on me. Vegans don’t order chicken curries. FFS. The worst service, the worse food, just the worst."

"this place is amazing! I have always heard good things, but had never tried to jerk so bad when I like it. but tonight the woman and I decided to go, and I'm so glad we did. the ruck huh is amazing, sweet with a nice grill taste. the fried chicken was beautiful, not fat. the chicken cure was great, reis and exhort great. dumpling and festival were amazing. there was so much to eat. I can't move physically now, but one of the best things I've ever eaten in this city."

"My son and daughter came to visit me and their mother in Wiltshire after she had been hospitalized. After the crisis passed, we decided to treat ourselves to a night out. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere at The Bell, with no loud music to interrupt our conversation. The staff, particularly the younger members, were friendly and efficient. We all enjoyed our meals, with starters of calamari and garlic mushrooms, and main courses of lasagne with dauphinoise potatoes and steamed vegetables, and Thai Cod and Prawn fishcakes. I am not a fan of dogs in restaurant settings, so I was glad to see none in the dining area. Overall, I had a positive experience and look forward to returning with my wife. I did not see an option for online reservations on their website, but I received a prompt response when I called to book a table."

"Amy and the team at Mimi e Coco did an absolutely fabulous job hosting our small wedding party. The food was excellent, as it has been every time we have visited this restaurant. "Just back from an epic gorgeous lunch today Sunday 12/05/18 was going somewhere else but it was closed and I remember reading about this place so glad we went . Spotless place , landlady I think was lovely , brilliant menu , Homemade chips and mash , roast potatoes. I started with the amazing pate great size portion had it with toast but you can have oatcakes definitely 100 percent homemade so beautiful. Mains . Wife and dad had the Sunday Roast lamb with all the trimmings no frozen veg here the mash was scrummy and even thou lamb is one of my least favourite meats I tried some it was cooked perfect. I had one of the best burgers ever comes with bacon , cheese , oioins ring , homemade chips what a delight lovely tomato , pepper and red oionin salad and dip. I was full but wife had dad had the meraunge with fresh fruit and ice cream it looked like a piece of art on a plate and the age every bit. It's so reasonable priced in here and quality food I for one will definitely be back very soon ."
