"This was a memorable visit as both room keys we were given were to 2 rooms already occupied. No central air and rooms for facing the setting sun makes it uncomfortable when it's not even warm outside. I would not recommend this hotel for any Americans that are used to a certain standard for hotels. At 170 pounds a night I wouldn't consider this a budget hotel but that's what you get. Rooms are totally basic with only a hot water maker for instant coffee. Hostels and Strip clubs nearby not recommended for families. For the weirdest checking in process in my entire life I would of expected some sort of discount off the room price."

This is a nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff who strictly adhere to COVID safety protocols. The food was also very good value, and the portion sizes were perfect. There was just a small issue with the steamed vegetables, as they were a bit undercooked and could have been steamed a little longer. However, everything else was done very well. The dessert was definitely a highlight and made up for that minor issue!

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Tables surrounding us still had half eaten meals on them even when we left. Pizzas were definitely not made in house, were clearly frozen. Staff were run off their feet dealing with multiple things at once, however they tried their best to accommodate us and were very pleasant. Drinks and cutlery came after starter and had to send chips back because they were cold. Wouldn’t come here to enjoy a nice meal again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near both the bus and train stations. My group and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for all ages. I’d like to especially thank Caithan and Tyler for being incredibly accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our group had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hotel was a little disappointing. Check in desk merged with bar so becomes a confusing mess. Hotel too dark but the room was a decent size. The one I had was positioned right beside the ventilation system so when the windows were open, the greasy fryer smell just wafted in my room. Had to sleep with the windows shut all night in the height of summer. Also no parking so have to park in the multi story beside the bus station Oh and they also whack a service charge on your bill that you don’t notice until you’ve paid it. Wouldn’t go back.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. However, it can get a bit noisy on certain nights, so it’s a good idea to request a room on a higher floor if you can. The rooms are decent but furnished in a very minimalist and modern style. I believe the mattress was foam; it felt quite firm and wasn’t exceptionally comfortable. There’s a lounge in the lobby that features a pool table available for guests 24/7. When we visited, breakfast was priced at 18 GBP per person. This place seems to be aiming for a trendy vibe, so it might be a better fit for younger guests prioritizing style over comfort.
