The Italian Wrap is a combination of savory meats, fresh greens, and rich cheeses wrapped in a soft tortilla.

"All prices are listed without VAT, which is unusual for the city! (This isn’t mentioned anywhere on the menu, either.) The food was of very low quality, poorly prepared, and not worth the high price charged. It felt like a total rip-off. I won’t be returning, even if it’s the only place open in the area."

"Tiny and intimate basement restaurant in Stockbridge with a warm welcome and genuine authentic Italian food which is an order of magnitude above even good Italian eateries. The young couple who own and run it (husband front-of-house, wife cooking) do a fantastic flavour-packed 5- or 7-course tasting menu, with the a la carte option on Thursday and Sunday. We shared a charcuterie platter to start (all sourced from a mountain village in the Marche, with crusty focaccia and peppery olive oil; followed by sweet (and v tender) octopus for my wife and and perfectly cooked, savoury wild mallard breast with pistachios and cavolo nero for me. Brilliantly done, deep deep flavours. As a pudding the goat cheese Seada with figs and honey was absolutely superb: a crispy deep-fried “raviolo” filled with salty goat cheese and balanced by the honey. To kill for. Not joking. Good selection of less-known Italian wines, including several from the Marche region. Not ridiculously expensive, cosy and great vfm. Lovely folk too; food made with love and hospitality."

"After we had a few years ago two disappointing previous visits to this restaurant, we decided to give him another away, and we are happy to say that there is much, much better and we had a very pleasant evening. the quality of eating was good...and the service even better, which made for a very nice time, the only part was the music, with the right melodies, in agreement with the Italian atmosphere, the already good ambiente would be much improved."
"Visited today for the first time, we’ll definately return as the food was delicious. Initially came because we’d seen their weekly specials advertised which included mozzarella in caruzzo, which hardly anywhere serves, we weren’t disappointed! OH had steak in au poive sauce, which he was very happy with, good quality steak and a good sauce, I had the lasagne, one of the nicest lasagnes I’ve had in years, just disappointed that I couldn’t finish it all. Lovely wine and excellent service, highly recommend and will be back to try more of the menu"

"We went to this restaurant for a birthday lunch and decided to order from the happy hour lunch menu. For starters, we had the pate with salad, which was very tasty. The salad dressing was delicious and everything tasted freshly made. For the main course, we chose the chorizo chicken pasta, which had plenty of chicken chunks mixed in with the pasta. The sauce was creamy and had a nice kick of spice. All of the dishes were freshly made and the service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back to try the two steaks for £35 deal, as the couple at the table next to us had it and it looked amazing."

"really sad to leave this review! as they can see from previous reviews here on google, I have always been a big fan of this restaurant and has been here regularly since its first opening. I feel that food standards are slipping. a little. Last couple times I was there something or others wasn't great. or sometimes eating is ok, but service really slow. all this is still acceptable, as I have still declined. last time I ordered the homemade focaccia I received a few of the smallest bites I wish I had made a photo. it was quite appalling for £4.25 and they were rock hard! I managed to get my money back for this article about ubereats and I forgot the experience. today I ordered ubereats again and this time I tried the gluten-free garlic bread. I'm in shock! It's hard and thin like a tortilla and there were only 3 pieces. I eat gluten-free much so that this is really unacceptable to me for an Italian restaurant. it is certainly not worth the £5 I was loaded and also hardly edible really! I'm really sad to leave the review, but I felt it necessary as I had a few bad visits now. I might have to think again before I get eaten/ordered again."

"The restaurant has a beautiful venue with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, featuring a combination of wood and coal fire aromas. The staff are very polite. However, vegetarians should check the menu before coming as there are limited choices available. The Italian bomb starter was delicious and full of flavor, while the garlic mushrooms with melted cheese were rich and fantastic. The hanging kebab was overpriced for the amount of meat received, and the naan bread that came with it was not useful as it crumbled easily. The teriyaki halloumi, on the other hand, was faultless according to my partner. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I would return, but I would avoid ordering the kebab next time."

"The restaurant is situated behind the Swan Hotel. It has a lovely, cozy atmosphere with a strong Italian influence. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing perfect and speedy service. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food is fresh and delicious. I ordered garlic bread with mozzarella, tagliatelli with garlic, porcini mushrooms, and coriander, as well as thin fries, all of which were very tasty. The prices are fair."

"The best Italian food in town! I absolutely love the food, but even more, I adore the people here. The bartender, Marcella, makes the best espresso martini around. She has a fantastic ability to recommend the perfect drinks and delicious dishes for a world traveler like me! I know I will miss this place and can't wait to return. Thank you, Marcella! This restaurant deserves a perfect 10! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Enjoyed a very nice girlie lunch with my friend here while out shopping at the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet, York. Found on the top level of the shopping mall. We needed to wait to be seated as had not made a booking yet it was worth it. Our waiter was lovely, a young lad keen and attentive. Pizza was great and we both enjoyed the elderflower lemonade. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and would certainly eat here again and highly recommend."

"EDIT: Initially was amazed by the restaurant and considered it one of my favourites in London. Have been there 5 times by now and sadly they changed the dishes for the worse. The last visit (early January) was particularly bad, both the laksa and the charred cabbage were swimming in oil. The laksa was literally an oil soup. I feel like the other dishes had additional sugar added to them compared to how they were made initially. I also tried the new fermented green tea leaf salad which was nice though. I really didn't enjoy my last dinner there so I'll lower the rating from 5 to 4 stars. Original review: My new favorite restaurant in London. Already itching to return as the menu has so many amazing choices and I need to try them all. Every dish was so amazingly tasty that choosing one favorite is utterly difficult, but I have to mention the charred cabbage in kolae coconut curry and khao-soi noodle laksa. They make the curry paste in house which gives the dishes a very rich flavor profile. The menu has 3 categories: snacks, starters, and mains. Snacks are mostly bite sized and are served first. The rice fermented mustard green miang laos blew our mind, Kung pao crackers were excellent. We also got an extra snack from the chef Shan-style sour rice which was very tasty. The izakaya pickles were too sweet for my taste and hence my least favourite of the the snacks. If you love South-East Asian flavors, this place is a must. It surely exceeded all my expectations. Everything was very flavorful and nicely spiced. Updated from previous review on 2022-01-08"

"Our weekly must have visit. Best Cappucino and sandwich in town. Davide and his staff very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. E M January 2024 Finally managed to arrange dinner with friends for my birthday. Had wonderful food, pizza, lasagna, risotto. Even my husband who is difficult to please with his food said it was Best Lasagna he had ever tasted. Luigi, Megan and Giannfranco were fabulous. Special thanks to Megan for not singing Happy Birthday "

"I found this restaurant located two doors down from my AirBnb to be a hidden gem. The Italian food was excellent overall, except for the lasagna which my friend had (although he was already feeling unwell from a burrito at the Excel center earlier - never order the burritos there, as he became severely ill). The bruschetta had a unique twist to it but was delicious. The prawn appetizer was exceptional. My pasta pomodoro had a nice kick to it and was very tasty. They also had a decent Chianti available by the glass. I returned two days later and the food was still good."

"Had high expectations. But was let down. Nice Italian environment. But Erica was haughty. The write up about her on their website is a woman who is passionate about her food and everything. I expect all Italians do. But sadly, this was missing during my visit. She sashayed around and did not appear interested in you. A confident woman no doubt, but I am not sure whether it works when you need to establish a relationship with your customers. Especially when your restaurant is not ‘way up there’. Anyway. Her choice. The food is ok. Not surprising good or bad. In fact, the octopus appetiser is a let down. Four slivers of fried octopus on a huge bed of mashed potatoes. Not impressive. I will take that out of the menu until they can do a proper chunk of octopus. The fish is ok. But the fish head has a strange smell (as no olives masked the smell of the head). The pasta is good. In fact, most tables ordered the pasta. I should have just sticked with that. 3 stars out of 5. One point five for Erica’s handling of her customers (no warmth, very Italian take it or leave it). 4 for the server’s (did not get her name. Around 1.6m tall with a ponytail) presence or mind. Zero for the octopus. Three for the fish (more if the fish head has no smell). And four for the pasta. Not exciting for me. But you decide."
"Booked lunch for 4 on a Friday at 1:30pm, needed to finish by 3pm, actually the right amount of time. It was a lovely sunny day and originally sat by the front window, waiter quickly took our order for drinks while we decided what to order. After 10 minutes I was baking and asked if we could move, on a normal dull day it would be a good place to sit but not on a bright sunny day. Waitress was very accommodating and we moved to the rear and it was such a relief. Three of us ordered pizza and we were not disappointed, the base was thin and the toppings tasty cooked to perfection. The vegetarian pasta dish was equally delicious according to friend. We all had the Italian desert, biscuit and ricotta cream filling which was good. My elderflower and Prosecco cocktail was refreshing and tasty. All in all an excellent experience, was my first visit and will not hesitate to return."

"Came for my Nephew's birthday...he's vegan, we're not, so some of the family were a little concerned...but how wrong they were. This was not only some of the best food I've eaten out recently, but for everyone eating it was a revelation! I've eaten at a couple of vegan restaurants, but this was on another level. Thanks to the chefs and the staff for making it such a lovely meal...will be back....to eat more food!"

"We went for Dinner. the food was very nice. the starters were very good. In our group we had Mushroom Soup, King Prawns and two of us had the Waiting to be Served as a started, this was fresh bread, 3 sorts, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar dip and Garlic Mayo dip, gorgeous. The Main course was quite nice, though the chips I had were rather well cooked, but the Eton Mess I had to finish was the best I have ever tasted. It was rather a small menu, with only one thing on it that I liked Cod and Chips, but that 's just me. I likes the Bottle of Water that is put on the table when you arrive. The staff are friendly and helpful with the menu, in fact we were told that our Waiting to be Served would be enough for two, how right they were, it was massive. I would recommend it and I would go back again."
