"We visited here after my granddaughter was christened it’s in our village so thought we’d try it , it was really nice the bar staff were great they couldn’t do enough for us we were quite a large party and they handled it really well the food was delicious they have a garden menu which was very good the outside garden is perfect if you have children , nice and big swings etc for them to play on and enclosed so you can relax knowing the children can’t get out a great visit with great food and service and would recommend"

A very warm welcome with amazing friendly service throughout. The food was very good for the price, though some selections were not available disappointing for a Friday evening. Overall, a very pleasant evening.

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend the Sunday dinner it was delicious. Its was very busy as Mothers Day so we had expected to wait a little longer than usual but staff worked very hard and kept us updated at all times. Definitely worth a visit. View menu

We went to have a meal at the pub, and were told last orders for food were at 7.45 with the kitchen closing at 8.00. After waiting at the bar for 5 mins with no staff to be seen from 7.40, we were then told the kitchen had already closed and we were too late. Very disappointed that the staff don't seem to know when food is served.

If you want home made freshly cooked then this is the place, food comes out piping hot and tastes amazing! They have a lovely big garden with a small play area. Inside there is a welcoming bar with friendly staff, a snug with a pool table or a nice clean restaurant. Well worth a visit We came for mothers day lunch expecting chaos but it was great! A little busy as expected but food was at its usual high standard
