" 1pic, 5 stars love crispy chicken wraps. was upset when I noticed that I ordered grilled instead of crispy. thanks to the lady who gave me the wrap helping me exchange for the crispy chicken wrap. really appreciated it. 5 star for excellent customer service. wrap was fresh 4 pics, 1 star usually good. but not this time, ordered 2 chilli crispy wraps at 12:31 on 9/6/23 order no 16. lettuce not fresh, mysterious creature found in wrap with chilli sauce on it. more details below: I don't noramlly check my wrap, it happened this time cos my mum was complaining about top of her wrap was empty, so I passed mine to her asking if she wants mine instead, mine was full of green lettuce on top before two three bites, thats when I noticed the mysterious creature on the edge of my wrap where I just bit. i took it out like it was no big deal. but i was paying more attention while eating the remaining wrap cos who knows the creature might have a company. and that's how I spotted the unfresh lettuce halfway inside the wrap, i took one out but there's more under, so I unwrapped it to take out all the unfresh lettuce."
