We loved the decoration in the Schosskuche and we liked the traditional food. Too bad the restaurant closed early; it would also be great for informal, traditional style dining to our taste. The setting comes right out of a fairy tale. Would definately visti again.

during our winter sports vacation in zell am sees a long walk and at the salvation prielau uses lunch. The sweeper is very nicely dressed. The service is perfect. Nice, extensive lunch card. We had the tablespitzuelze, one will be based on beautiful beef. And a cup of coffee with stumble. The restaurant closes early on the night. Then the star-staurant mayor opens. A real rapist.

the excellent quality of the food is m. e. dipped by two kinds:1. too much fun: a tuna sushi does not have to be presented on a moss landscape, and a hot refresher cloth does not have to be presented with far-eastern ( wrong!). a cookie with a little caviar on a stone with apple headphones and " fragrant spray" is simply silly, and if then the staff still comes into the stutter and is apparently overwhelmed during the deferral of the handles, this is simply silly. After we had been eating in the gourmet restaurant Mayer`s a few days before, we wanted to try out the cooked kitchen. the restaurant has opened from 11 o'clock, so we went to eat about 16.00 o'clock. as an appetizer my friend ordered the bark tartar and as a lead the backhendl. I just ordered the bark carpaccio. in my cattle carpaccio the parmesan was missing and in the cattle tartar the toastbrot was missing. on demand we got the parmesan, but the toastbrot has unfortunately been out, so we got buns. when the main dish was served by my friend was missing the croutons, the lemon, instead of the vogerlsalat he got rucolasalat and the potato salad was unfortunately cold and not as described i...

we have visited the castle kitchen schloss prilau several times and have always been wishlessly happy so we wanted to eat a family start there at lunchtime. unfortunately we did not have a service from the beginning to the end, although we had a reservation and we knew we were coming. it is also written that there is a lunch table. but no one came there, waiting and looking for longer, a young man came in jeans and T-shirt by chance and told us we can sit down where we want. none of the tables was covered and when the alleged waiter brought us this cute we had to expose it for ourselves. We stayed at the Schloss Prielau and wanted to take this opportunity to have dinner at the Restaurant Mayer with its two Michelin stars. And we were not disappointed! To the contrary, it was an amazing culinary experience (see pictures). We went for a light ...dinner with only three courses (rather than the maximum of 10). We could select from about a dozen dishes in whatever order we wanted. But you get a lot more than just the courses you order: greetings from the kitchen, sorbet in-between, great sweets at the end.
