"If you're looking for a refined place where to eat emotive twangs on traditional recipes, look no further. This place has a mesmerising take on northerner and southerner Italian cuisine. Everything is very curated and the food is spectacular. The antipasto was sublime: a mix of flavours and traditions done with artful dedication. I loved the gazpacho shot done with two different textures of tomato, and even more the traditional siciliana caponata enclosed in chocolate and hazelnuts. Delicious. The Traditional Taragna was very interesting and tasty, a mix of local cheese and some saged butter to die for it gets served by an amazing handmade salame. The bread, done with a traditional siciliana flour, could be considered a plate by itself so flavourful it was. The Casonséi were done worshipping the tradition of a thicker dough. A chewful, but nothing to complain about it's tase. If you come to Bergamo you MUST come here."

Attended last night on a last-minute recommendation (first time in Bergamo). The only hing I will say is to go and experience the wonderful theatre we were treated to. The degustation based on Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon was inventive, fun, and beautiful (no spoilers here). That, added to the wonderful service has us recommending highly. View menu

If you're looking for a fancy taster menu experience, this is the place to go in Bergamo. Staff were excellent, great attention to detail and friendly. The food was experimental and delicious. My favourite dish was anchovy sauce on watermelon fantastic. We had the taster menu with a bottle of wine and it was €170 expensive but worth it. a real treat.

I remembered this as a simple and beautiful tavern for the story that binds her to the master donizetti. now is a sought after restaurant and definitely more expensive. but I was aware of this. in any case it was a good first time. strong and decided tuminin bread in the goto, more good with a Apulian oil thread in accompaniment. I had a good bill and my father, and I was perfectly satisfied, the only flaw, for me, the lack of the sweet note given by the beloved as my culinary tradition. excellent cheek and amazing its cooking bottom, the only note stonata the potato with too much granella . certainly not a restaurant for everyone or for every day but it is worth it to be able to afford once...
