"Excellent kitchen! I took a chirashi kyo, with a pair of eel sushi and a sorbet with sesame seeds. Chirashi is very copied, and all fish as excellent as each other. rice, below, blends perfectly with the dish and is a delight. caramelized eels are also excellent, surely my favorite dish. the sorbet with sesame seeds, perfect to soften its mouth and finish on a sweet note, after having eaten a lot of wasabi of very good quality, but that in high quantity goes up and burns the nose a little.
