"Let me preface this by saying I visit Europe regularly and have lived in Europe. Im not some dumb American unaware of European cultures and food. So. I was excited to come here because I kept hearing how wonderful it was and wanted to have a long, European meal and wanted to order many things on the menu even though I was solo. But I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I walked in thinking how gorgeous it was only to be rushed to a table then literally forced to order my starter, first and second course within minutes after sitting down (and without being told any specials, nor a description or the menu), literally minutes after sitting down, which in Italian culture (or anywhere) is just insane. I tried to use google translate to understand what I was ordering and what was happening but the waiter couldn’t be bothered and was absolutely stressed and just flat out rude. The only saving grace was the sweet and kind and patient manager Johnny, who came (literally) to my rescue. Other tables around me were very aware of the waiter’s inappropriate actions and language towards me (and them) and told him so. I was sadly disappointed and this is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone. The food was just ok, I couldn’t Ben order what I wanted because of the lack of description and they put olive oil and salt and pepper on the table only to remove it before I could use it and basically it was just a mess."

Dinner: Service was friendly and quick. Staff really helpful when we asked for their suggestions cannot fault our service we received. Food was delicious and prompt and the restaurant was packed. Recommend booking.

excellent local for fresh fish, in particular raw unspoiled, first delicious and abundant, good service but very formal, very small room with too many tables therefore noisy and little intimate. Non-satisfactory fish frying. price too good.

Fresh fish is a must here. Try the raw octopus. An experience. The fritto misto is carried out in a certain way. Just delicious. As an improvement: less fear of waiters. Gorgeous seafood, good service and thank you for seating us to the table without a reservation. The sea urchin linguini was the creamiest pasta I’ve ever had in my life. It tested so good that I did not want to add any Parmesan to it. Perfection on a plate. The mixed grill plate was delicious but I would have liked a bigger portion for the price of 25 euro. Or at least some grilled veggies included. All in all a good lunch.

Experience ruined by very poor service. Went to the restaurant around 3pm to make an in-person reservation for dinner that night. Was very rudely barked at by a waiter “kitchen closed” when we tried to explain we wanted to make a booking for that night. We had to leave as we were completely ignored by all staff, and it wasn’t busy either. This should have been a clear warning sign not to go there but the restaurant came highly recommended by multiple sources so we ended up making a booking by phone.
