"Obwohl wir schon ewig und 3 Tage hier leben, sind wir heute das erste Mal eingekehrt. War jetzt nicht die schlechteste Idee. Das Essen war durchweg gut und 1000 mal besser als McD und Co. Was die Preise an geht, die gehen vollkommen in Ordnung. Einzig die Lage könnte besser sein, so versteckt wie das Ding ist. Dafür wieder cooles amerikanisches Ambiente. Fehlt nur noch der typische Ami, der ab und an vorbei schaut und einen dummen Spruch lässt."

"Am Sonntag Abend entschlossen wir uns wie schon einige Male zuvor unser Abendessen in Form frischen Fisches Nähe unserer Haustür zu uns zu nehmen. Unsere Platzwahl fiel auf einen offenbar gerade verlassenen Tisch. Unsere Frage nach jenem Tische wurde zähneknirschend mit "noch schmutzig" quittiert. Wir setzten uns...nun begannen 10 Minuten der kompletten Ignoranz. Irgendwann erschien jemand zum Tisch säubern und zwar wortlos, kein hallo, keine Karte nichts...das war es für uns wie standen auf und gingen. Der Laden war zu 30% gefüllt, ein solches Verhalten widerspricht jeglichem Dienstleistungsgedanken. Dieses Jahr sicher nicht noch einmal..."

"Inflexible staff vergrault customers It was at 5:00 yesterday, maybe a minute or two. Store illuminated, non-closed door, baked goods on the shelf and cakes/pie in the counter. I wanted to take cake. A seller was just busy cleaning the (filled) cake plates from the counter on a car; three full plates were still in the counter. But she didn’t want to sell me anymore – instead, she wanted a pampering answer and a prestigious look at the clock: “We have closed since 5 pm!” I can only shake my head over so much inflexibility – apparently you don’t need it and let the cakes “alter”. But good, then it should be so... because it wasn't the first unfriendly experience, I was the longest time customer in Positano, make no way around Freital Zauckerode. There are also other confectionery in and around Dresden, which I will support much more."
