average pub with average dips. it's cheap and cheerful and decent enough to get for a few drinks and catch up with friends, but management can be a bit rude for customers.

I think the manager I buy for a coffee? the manager was a female and really nice person. she eats her breakfast, but she still told me about koviddoos and donts in restaurants. the guy on the bar was also. very polite and helpful. beautiful place.

Following an adventure thanks to incorrect bus information from a bus driver, I finally arrived. Friendly staff here with generous try before you buy. Reluctantly called in after a very disappointing previous visit. Girl who served me was more than pleasant. Ordered a burger which was very much acceptable but would have been yummy if the cheese had been melted over burger instead of a slice of cheese slapped...on meat.......wee tweeks create such improvement.

on the hill, this has been a few times I have been now and the food quality has just fallen, I don't know what happened, as I have always enjoyed my visits, where regularly but I'm afraid now I won't...back today I ordered a cheese and tomaten panini and that there was only no cheese, I can't understand how someone could look so bad for it.

after a few underwhelming visits in other wetherspoons lately I was glad to find that this twog the usual standards they expect from a ‘sponons. this two g has a modern feeling, less generic than some two. the staff was very friendly and helpful and the quality of the food was good. it seems to be a pretty busy filiale, and although it was between the week and the afternoon, there was an uplift over the place. As a regular breakfast customer I can say it is consistently excellent. A big thanks to all the staff who make my morning visits extremely pleasurable, especially to Diane and Tracy-Ann, Sas, Steph, Megan, Lara, the guys in the kitchen, Darren, Garry, Danny and Steven....and of course David, Lee No1, JJ and John, not forgetting Allison and Bernie. apologies to anyone I forgot , as you know what my memory is like folks

My friend and I visited for the steak night dinner. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. We had visited previously and had been very disappointed, however it seems to have raised the bar a fair bit. The one thing that it seems to...lack is getting the tables cleared and cleaned when busy. This could be a lack of staff. The staff were all very nice and helpfull and service was excellent. You cannot beat it on price for food and drinks. Will definatly not leave it as long before I go back.

My friends and I visited this wetherspoons for a friends leaving night, Had a good laugh until the Tracy (who i assume was the manager) told us that if we didnt have ID we would have to leave by 8pm, okay that was fine but...at 8:15 my friend had bought an alcoholic free kopparberg, and at 8:25 Tracey came over to our table and asked for everyones ID, My friend who had purchased the alcohol free drink didnt bring her ID with her, was asked to leave which was fair enough but she wasnt allowed to finish her drink or take it outside and didnt allow any sort of refund as she had only had a tiny bit of it.
