"The two adults were disappointed but the children thought it was great. The restaurant was very empty for a Sunday lunch. Starters of caesar salad was really quite excellent - no horrible mayonnaise but instead, warm chicken, great croutons and a subtle dressing. We also had a bottle of a local wine, Cote Du Tarn which got nicer and nicer as it breathed. Then we had between us, a steak which was reportedly excellent (he refused to share it with anyone) and a little tart of vegetables, another boy had duck which he liked, an omelette was OK but the lardons were very fatty and then two of us had a local delicacy - tripe. Tripe is pig intestine. The choice was a mistake! Ideally we would have been warned about the acquired taste of tripe, but then it was our fault, as our French was awful! Some of the puddings were nice. Creme brule very good. Profiteroles, very generous servings but perhaps a bit stale? Apple tart - excellent. 2 scoops of water ice... not so distinguished ... but then I could still taste the tripe."

I had the pleasure of eating at the auberge de marie et bruno at numerous places that were all excellent. some brilliant lunch packages with curses, wein and coffee for under euro ever. great service and a good feeling of...Mut von bruno and the personal. a nice stop at any season, but always that is a bit better when the terrace has opened for the summer.

we had a place to lunch in our favorite auberge and young it was good! started with suppe, followed by a tasty mouth full of a little quiche with mozzarella mushroom and sweet pork and a soaked, then poched fish with a purée of the cauliflower. and a delicious little snake of risotto. we swore the cheese course (too much and went to the chocolate fond gateaux....omg absolutely divine. again I urge them to try a place to lunch, spectacularly good and cracking worth!

We had a spot of lunch at our favorite auberge and boy it was good! Started with soup, followed by a flavorful mouth full of a little quiche with mozzarella mushroom and sweet pork and a sauce, then poached fish with a purée of cauliflower and a tasty little quenelle of risotto. We swerved the cheese course (to much!) and headed in to the chocolate fondant gateaux.....omg - absolutely divine. Yet again I urge you to try a spot of lunch here, spectacularly good and cracking value!

we decided to visit the region in October to experience the autumn in aveyron. we decided to eat auberge at bruno and maries and have the menu de jour. and wow! how good it was, with a sawn of sweet soup with...fresh croutons, followed by local character then fed to the main course of the local Brat-Valg grass, and sweet sauce a soak and an interesting rice and a pudding. followed by a cheeseboard and to house made tarte de fruits and pitcher really welcome. they must try this place for lunch!

We have visited this Auberge twice this holiday and on both occasions the food has been freshly prepared, tasty and really good value. Our first meal was a Caesar salad with lots of fresh leaves and chicken with a great dressing -really good. On the...second occasion we had saucisson with aligot which was freshly made.....so tasty and filling, and the little side salad finished it off! We also recommend the sorbets.....particularly citron and cassis! There is a wide range of choice with a daily menu de jour also. A warm and friendly welcome to a great place for a spot of lunch

the two grown-ups were disappointed, but the children thought it was great. the restaurant was very empty for a Sunday dinner. the starters of the Caesar salad were really very excellent, not a terrible mayonnaise, but, warm huh, big croutons and a subtle dressing.
