"Stayed here just one night during a short visit to the Orkneys. The front desk staff was excellent and professional. They helped us figure out the windows when I didn't know how to open them; they provided power converters since we had American devices and the converter we brought wasn't working; they called cabs for us and provided advice; they stored our suitcases for the following day of adventure.... The list goes on, as we were rather needy patrons for our one night stay. In particular, Darin (not sure of the spelling, sorry! was very helpful and professional I think he was in the middle of a double or triple shift too! Way to put the customers first. Location was great, very central. One of the few downsides was thin walls (sounds of someone bathing and shouting at her husband in the next room , but that's hard to do something about without rebuilding or extensive renovations. Overall, great location, staff, and services. Definitely would stay here again! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5"

My family and I stayed in one of the apartments and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything from the location, accommodation, food and service were outstanding! The Orkadian restaurant with the buffet breakfast and gourmet dinners was a real highlight! Thank you to Darren and Isla for all their kind service and local knowledge.
