Excellent as usual we often return and are always happy with our experience.

Lovely meal, great service and a really pleasant atmosphere will definitely be visiting again!

The food was terrible, and the service was disappointing. I ended up filing a complaint. Fortunately, the manager handled my concerns quite well and made an effort to address the situation.

Location is good, the bar is nice. The food is average but the service really bad. Our reservation was wrong, the service was slow and quite rude. Asking for basic items like some butter for the bread was treated like it was a major inconvenience.

I've always appreciated the wine selection at Balls Brothers; the cocktails are also quite good. Recently, we decided to try the food, which features a fantastic variety of dishes. It can get quite noisy when the place is packed, and service does slow down during busy times, but it's definitely worth a visit for a get-together with friends. The food is consistently good, and I've never had any issues.

After we checked in for our table, we noticed it was dirty, but we managed to wait until it was cleaned before sitting down. Unfortunately, there was a loudspeaker directly above us that was blasting music, making it impossible to have a conversation. When we asked the waiter if they could lower the volume, he said it wasn't possible. After waiting about 20 minutes for menus without any progress, we became increasingly frustrated and decided to leave and find a different restaurant.

My family and I decided to have dinner at Balls Brothers in Hays Galleria on Friday night, but we were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. When we arrived, the place was exceptionally loud, with people crowded everywhere. However, that wasn’t the main issue. We requested our table, and while the host showed us to it, we found it was dirty. Although we waited for it to be cleaned and were eventually seated, the situation only worsened.
