Balls Brothers - Mayfair Exchange

The food was delicious and the service was good. However, the noise level on Friday night made it difficult to have a conversation at the dining table.

The food was Ok and the service friendly but despite repeated requests they were unable to turn down the loud and inappropriate background music which made conversation difficult.

I was looking for a British experience. The menu and the ambiance there were very close to what I expected considering that I did not want to leave Mayfair and walk too long. distance from Mayfair hotel was just fine. View menu

We had a fantastic evening and the food was excellent. The only downside was that they were out of several items on the menu. It took a bit of effort to get the waiters' attention, but they were very friendly and helpful once they came to our table.

Food, service, wine etc all good. Only negative is that the music was so loud that if we hadn't been in the private room we'd have had to leave and not eat there after all. Conversation in the main bar impossible unless standing for after-work drinks.

We were 20 peoples, the service was excellent with a warm welcome. We were very quick served for the quantity of people! The food was good and fresh, but i'll not recommended the organic salmon. Will come again with pleasure! Toillets and restaurant very clean! View menu

Took a team of 20 to Mayfair Exchange was provided with a good private space and was very well attended to by all staff who all contributed to making the evening a great success. Service was fantastic, setting great and good value for money for Mayfair. I will definitely use the venue for future team and client get togethers. Suggested improvements would be on the variety and quality of the menu on offer but for what we needed it provided great value for money and a great venue.

Very good location, the ambiance is lovely. Was in a party of 6 and was seated in a lovely alcove. The service was excellent, but then the restaurant/bar was not busy (it was a Monday evening). However, the food quality wasn't great poor choice for vegetarians (1 of our party), and the steak was not cooked to medium as requested. If you are looking for an after work venue for cocktails or wine, Balls Brother is adequate, if you are looking for something more special, this isn't the place for you. But, to end on a good note, the venue is lovely and I would recommend it

1. When we arrived, we were seated at our table without being given menus. We had to go to the bar to get someone's attention and order drinks. 2. We waited about 25 minutes to receive menus, and when we finally did, we were given only two for a group of 8. 3. We had to ask multiple times for someone to come take our order. 4. When we finally placed our order, we were told that many dishes were no longer available. 5. The waiter accidentally spilled a whole glass of red wine on the table while clearing the starters. 6.
