"It's the second time I go to this restaurant because it's worth it. Both times they have treated me phenomenal, try to speak in Spanish and explain the dishes. It's small and maybe the tables are very close, but we didn't care. I recommend the fritura of fish and pasta and unbeatable pizzas, truly Italian food as it should be. There are always local people and gondoleros eating there. The dessert we ask for tiramisu, and very rich too. At the end of the meal they offer you a cup of chocolate. Drink: aperol, select and the special of the house Mamo. The first sweeter, second bitterer and third a little bitterer (biter kas type). I will certainly return to Venice as well as to this restaurant."

We have been very surprised by the place, the food is spectacular and are all the time outstanding. I think it's a mandatory visit. The carbonara pasta and the pizza 4 cheeses, a delight!!! For us the best place we've ever tasted in venice View menu

The food was acceptable, nothing over the top. The service -horrible. Nothing like being rushed and told that you had to order immediately since they were closing for the afternoon in 45 minutes, and just after that they proceeded to sit 2 more tables right beside us and were able to easily wait for their orders to be placed 15 minutes later. The wine red wine was served warm, the beer was poorly poured with 4/5 of the glass full of foam. Service, as has been mentioned by others, lacks!

If you’re reading this review take a quick break and make a reservation. If you’re in Venice looking for incredible food while simultaneously escaping the crowds of tourists: this is the SPOT!. Charming little restaurant tucked away in an alley. Carbonara was the best I’ve ever had (I’ve been to Italy twice and visited about 10 different cities/towns. Pizza was great too. If you’re seeking pizza and pasta and just top quality food….like I said, stop reading this and make a reservation, it’s worth it
