"Lunch at this restaurant on a Saturday was calm and very enjoyable (I'm told they are very busy on weekdays for business lunches). The decor is very neutral, clean and zen-like. The food is all cooked by steam, and served in small dishes made of thin wood lined with a parchment paper. Most of the food is cooked in special hi-tech steam ovens for about 35 seconds. We started with some wonderful cold gazpacho that was full of flavor and fresh herbs. For entrees, one of us had Thai chicken with rice--very tender, flavorful chicken pieces--and I had a gnocchi with vegetables (thin sliced zucchini, peas, flat green beans, sun-dried tomato, artichoke heart) that came with a green salad. Very delicious. The menu offers a daily choice of a few starters, several entrees, and a few desserts. The menu the day we were there offered for starters: soft-boiled egg with ham; soft boiled egg with artichoke hearts, and gazpacho. Entrees included salmon, calimari, gnocchi, Thai chicken, a beef dish and another chicken dish, so there was something for vegetarians as well. The starters were 5 euros, entrees 13.50 euros, and desserts 5, but you could get both for 14.50 or all three for 18. The kitchen was very clean and open, staff was friendly."
