"yes, the cheffe is nice - and looks very italian (please understand as compliment!.) the local (I think this is the appropriate expression,) has come very into the years. I've known locality for almost 30 years. has changed in time nothing. that someone can find interesting nostalgic...Italian localities are probably still unfortunately mostly perceived as pizza bakers. which is very bad. because the very long card turns out and shows a colourful cross-section of Italian cuisine. that is the most important. but the palate is also not particularly scorched. the pizza tastes (almost) like a pizza everywhere (damage that the stone oven is only an attrappe.) that also applies to pasta.
