"we all enjoyed our eating and it is better than some places at a similar price. the staff was friendly, but the service was slow. Not sure whether the kitchen or waiting staff or a combination of both sat some plates on the hot plate waiting to be served. there was also a mistake with the order, as cheese had been added to a vegan dish, but they replaced it and took the price of the bill and gave us a free drink so that they certainly did their best to correct it and I don't think they asked for more. overall still good, but better."

Our visit to Bella Italia was a lovely experience. Food is nice( Pollo Funghi). The friendly staff specially Ewelina should be praised for their dedicated customer service. We will be back again

in the last months were some bella italias, but this franchise must be one of the best we have visited. eating was brilliant, full of taste. the meatball stars are **** brilliant and do not forget the 5 stars customer service from the personal. the great scream for alex, who was the hostess with the greatest. thanks for a nice evening.
