Impeccable service, beautiful food and lovely staff. So good I ate here every night I was staying in Weston super mare. Highly recommended!!

Near the front but quiet. Excellent coffee. We ate baguettes, which were not too expensive. Lunches are served upstairs, and the menu looks good, though we did not have opportunity to eat there.

service was impeccable, the eating was excellent, great atmosphere and ambiente. Special cried to joy and dom who helped a family member in need. they came so fast and helped to lead the secret manover. crisis is turned off! if management sees this, they can. they reward them for over and beyond.

visited Weston Super-Mare today for osterbank holiday and had dinner in the bistrot pierre. the starters were great, but more quantity than quality, but that didn't disturb me too much. the mains were all well amused, I had the sunday and it. was absolutely beautiful, only the complaining is there was very little heavy. will be coming back!

We came Friday evening as a party of We did enjoy the overall experience, although a wait between starters mains, we understood. Staff, to name Cedric and Zoe were lovely and accommodating, and food was lovely. I did find serving French Fries with...a steak was a little below par but that’s me personally! Drinks lovely and service was warm!

Thank you all for making my pre birthday celebration so special. I’d originally booked afternoon tea for .... then asked to change it to which wasn’t a problem ... then at the last minute had to reduce it to due to Covid, again not a problem. The Afternoon Tea was perfect good selection, quantity and quality. Christina was so helpful all the way through Jade was great too. Great food, great service, very happy customers. Waited over one and a half hours for a plate of inedible food (mackerel, barely warm and not deboned) accompanied by a couple of small potatoes, a couple of grapes and some cold green beans. Terrible value at nearly The only good I can...say about this restaurant is that the waiting staff young girls that served us) were lovely, polite and friendly. I felt sorry for them having to deal with either inept cooking staff or a lack of cooking staff in the kitchen. I will definitely not be going there again.

Horrible customer service and microwave food. Stay away if you are up going for decent food that is delivered in a proper time. After over an hour waiting for our main courses we needed to remind the staff of our existence. minutes later they...showed up with two piping hot dishes straight from the Microwave, dry pork medallions after the microwave and the sauce destroyed. Everything including the dish was scorching hot. After trying out a bite of this shoesteak we asked to talk with the manager. She immediately went on the defensive, said there was so many people in the restaurant when in was barely half full. visited ostern Sunday evening, the third time that I was here, and while the other places were great this time it was quite bad in the did, I called before to the family who came in their newport location for this week and suggested it was canceled. we were a group of five, and ordered different things from their Sunday menu, which looks like a great worth on the face. the “Steak Frites” who had three of us for the main courses, however, were quite lazy, and while I know that a bavette cut will not be like a sirloin, it should not look like cat food. interesting, as a few other reviews mentioned here have this court best avoided keeping it full when I were them. the starters were okay, nothi...
