"I recently came across a offer for a vegan American brunch at a place called the bistrot crescenda saying that it actually pfanncake, muffins, brot, marmelade, omelettes, obstsalat, the amount. It was hard to stand up for a non-beer, so I went out of curiosity and win it a try. a happy decision as it turned out. the pancakes were unbelievable, incredibly rich and light at the same time, there were excellent banana and chocolate muffins and the fruit was not only their usual less-as-fresher salad, which usually sits on brunchbuffets, but a selection of fresh, spicy fragrant ananas, sweet rock melon with a light tango of marjorie and orange splinter mint. the brot tasted homemade and there was hummus and other vegan spreads to go with it, apart from the usual butter, jam, honey and the like. coffee came from the small Nespresso machine, so no further comment required. not surprising, it was all gone before I even thought to make pictures, with taking out a bad lonely muffin they see, that we simply did not finish (but were encouraged to take with the cook who was thrilled to try their vegan version of the brunch.) the staff was generally friendly, all women, and the whole found in a cozy and surprisingly quiet little garden of the up totro, the men's home a highly recommended experience in all, if not exactly cheap at about 40 dollars per."
