"Visiting Hamburg from Italy, we reserved this restaurant about 5 days in advance, as it had been highly recommended. Arriving merely five minutes after the reserved time, we were given what must count as their worst table in the entrance corridor and next to...the drinks counter. We inquired to have a better table, as several in the main dining room remained empty, but were told that our table had been given away to other guests, as we had been late by a few minutes. Strangely enough, several other couples arriving a lot later than us were given much better tables. These were locals and known to the staff, who apparently preferred to give their least attractive and tiniest table to guests that they did not know. It was a disappointing experience to say the least and a table such as that should not be given to anyone with a reservation. The food was good, but we did not order as much as we would've done under different circumstances and can't really say to have enjoyed the evening. A pity, really."

War ein wunderschönes Erlebnis! Ich laufe seit ca. 15 Jahren ein und aus, war aber noch nie hier essen ! Hammer so cozy and cool I recommend booking a table! It’s worth the wait!!!

Das Vienna enttäuscht einfach nie! Wir gehen alle 1-2 Monate dort hin und es ist immer ein Garant für einen fantastischen Abend. Essen, Service, Weine alles einfach immer top, ohne dabei zu viel zu wollen. Lieblingsladen <3 Danke für all die schönen Stunden.

one of the most tasty restaurants in hamburg! really great atmosphere, very nice service and incredibly good, delicious food! I recommend the menu great value for money! and they must sit close to others, but actually is very nice because there is always something. So try it.

Seit über 10 Jahren mein Lieblingsrestaurant in dieser Stadt, denn: das Essen, der Service und das Ambiente sind auf einem so hohen Niveau ohne dabei chi chi zu sein, sondern ein ganz ungezwungenes . this is definitely one of the nicest places i have ever eaten. the staff were all really friendly, the food was out of this world, and there was a really nice vibe amongst all the people waiting to be seated. i'm not sure if you...can book a table, but if not, be prepared to wait a while to get a table. that said, it is WELL worth the wait. really superb food.

Me and my girlfriends had read nice reviews about Bistro Vienna and realized that it could be difficult to get a table. Therefore, we chose to go there early in the evening. We were shown to a table by a nice female bartender. Unfortunately, she...was replaced by a male waiter who apparently wasn't happy with our food choices. The food, wine and drinks were delicious but the total experience of that evening was totally destroyed by his unpleasant behaviour. We will definitely not go there again!
