"We've been eating in the Brasserie des Iles and its sister restaurant "La Baleine" for a few years now, and are rarely disappointed. The service can be somewhat brusque, after all you are in a major tourist area, but the food, carefully prepared and well presented always hits the mark. The menus are good value, and the choice of meat & fish dishes wide enough to cater for any tastes. The amuse bouches are tasty and refreshing. Last week we celebrated a birthday at the restaurant, and our notoriously picky family all found dishes to please, and were even tempted to try the excellent "fruits de mer". Wine is a bit pricey, but good quality. Well worth it for a romantic or special occasion, but best to reserve in summer as it is always busy."

Not cheap but we have had very good seafood here. Best off season as everything drops during the season - food quality, portion size, staff attention.

Fresh seafood and great steaks. I went twice during my week in Hyeres. Don't miss you're chance to eat at this great place. Opens at 19:00 during the week.

We had a very nice Dinner. T-Bone steak cooked just the way we ordered it and the staff was very friendly and helpful giving a special extra cushion for my 2 year old boy to sit on. Delicious desert as well. Prices are not too high for the quality of food you get.

a beautiful environment and decoration, courtesy and nice coworkers, beautiful dishes and above all a fine gourmet kitchen with homemade fish and seafood specialties, making this restaurant the perfect place at the harbour. we eat there every time we visit hyères.

Although we were late we were very warmly welcomed. Original tapas to start or a large choice of starters. The seafood is cooked in an innovative way, very fresh and tasty. The service is nice and friendly. The only drawback is the very limited choice...of wine by the class...

Each and every time Ifeel like treating someonetoa superbseafood dinner not too farfrom my home(22kms away) this is where I go! All their food is TOP of the line (But then again so are their prices)Their seafood selection is always superb. Decor is elegant, and service to match. Not your every day diner for sure, but a pleasant treat every once in a while..

to celebrate the 40th birthday of a friend, we decided to go in and we are greeted by the owner and then by our waitress. the atmosphere is very cozy and pet-friendly! once we sat in the menu and we wanted to order everything! we. have shown some tapas and appetizers to share among three of us, and each of us took a main course and end the lunch we shared a pavlowa!

another excellent meal in this excellent family-run restaurant. professional service in a relaxed atmosphere. my 90-year-old mother-in-law loves seafood and especially the seafood plate here. if they are not in seafood, there are many choices, I had wild fish, grilled...veggies, powdered in tee! I have to try the scallops and mushroom risotto, both delicious and just to surpass everything, the puddings are exceptional. we will be back!

The restaurant is a very nice place with tasteful decoration, good food, reliable quality. Only the service needs to be improved! It used to be much better mostly because of a waiter of Italian origin. We had fish soup and a fresh salad with parmesan and Parma ham to start. The soup was tasty and salade fresh. For main course we had grilled scampis with fettucines. A perfect dish! We did't take any desert, just coffee. I missed a piece of dark chocolate! The bill was brought before we asked for it! A French waiter would never do it! The food is good, so they should just invest more into the service. Anyway we'll visit again!
